Awesome video with an excellent tutorial I definitely will be looking into getting this setup, quick question we have Oshkosh military vehicles and I saw that Oshkosh was on the manufacturer list in the scanner. Will the scanner read and do all the same functions on the military trucks ?
It looks like a good scanner for class 8 trucks and equipment. It's really a shame Mac Tools hasn't done a better job showing what bi-directional controls it has along with the troubleshooting capabilities.
If the yearly update or subscription is not payed what do you lose? Can u still do special functions and also can u do a scr efficiency test on freightliners? Does it read inlet and outlet box and larmf (NH3)
It will still do most functions to complete repairs. You loose the cool stuff. Like working diagrams, labor time, diagnostic by symptoms. Things like that. But you still can get codes, live data, bi-directional controls.
