Welcome to The KO Report. Where You get “Killian’s Opinion” on products, food, restaurants, hotels and more. Let's dive in to see if its a KO or just OK.
THE PRICE OF THE RIDGE IS RIDICULOUS. IF YIU EVER USE THE WARRANTY, JUST REMEMBER THAT YIU PAID FOR THAT EXCHANGE AT LEAST TWISE OVER. WHAT A RIP OFF. THE FLIPSIDE IS A MUCH BETTER PRODUCT THE BEST IVE OWNED AND I HAVE PURCHASED AND RETURNED AT LEAST 8 DIFFERENT STYLES SIMILIAR TO THE RIDGE
Just got an elite last week because i needed one to keep at home but its been used at work more than anything lol still trying to figure out a scanner on android
The Roadmaster engine cosmetics are also so much nicer then Victory's the chrome and beauty of the Roadmasters engine compartment looks much higher in quality to this Victorys motor compartment its no competition. The Indian just looks so much better more expensive higher quality. Indians are not for everyone they are a much more expensive bike line .Victory is a great budget bike for people with a limited budget and you get a lot for your money .I love the Cross Country but waited and saved up for the Top Dog Roadmaster because i wanted the best bike i could get. I guess my Roadmaster is kind of a old mans bike because old men can afford them and maybe it is too manly for some of the more modern effeminate men of today that are scared of Chrome and curves on a bike and the mass and size of it an most old men would have a hard time with a bike weighing close to a thousand pounds your bike is more suited to a old man being much lighter and using so much more lighter and cheaper parts on it.
We’re also talking about a 8 year newer bike. Don’t get your depends all messed up because we differ opinions. I’d own an Indian before I would a Harley. Simply because, like victory, they’re unique.
The Indian Road master is a gorgeous bike and not a old mans bike it is a rolling piece of art in my opinion one of the best looking bikes out their. To me it just looks like a bike only a real man can handle. It look mean and commanding going down the road like do not f with this bike looks nothing old man about it. Your bike has a Jettisons old retro look to it which is also nice but i would not call it a little boy who never grew up bike so do not label something a old man bike because it does not suit your taste.
I just bought a 2006 Victory Ness Jackpot to go along with the 2011 Victory Cross Country I bought new. Super reliable and long lasting machines. It was a real shame to see Polaris discontinue them. It was their baby from the ground up.
Every scan tool does that is android based. Manufacturer based electronics will only recognize windows for programming. If a scan tool isn’t windows based (snap on Modis and Verus) it still requires a PC. Not enough RAM / ROM or hard drive.
@thomasbona5079, it doesn’t have to be anything special. Might I sugggest joining NASTF.org for some more details as to what may be needed. What version of windows, RAM, etc.
Agree with the background music. It was a trail and error and mostly error. Functionally of the tool is pretty simple. Most that work in tire shops understand pretty easily. Thanks for watching!
It is not. For the extra money it hard to pass elite. Now they offer extra sign ons for PC, Kia Hyundai gateway is free access, and my guy on the inside said they’re bring out Topology and faster read times with DOIP and CANFD.
@@TheKOreport Thanks for the information. I previously had the Scout Touch and loved having Repair Source in the vehicle with me. The Scout was an early model so my tool-man advised me that my "Diagnostics For Life" updates would no longer be compatible (limited memory) and actually worked a deal out for me to get a free Advanced in exchange for my Scout. Guess I shouldn't complain but deep down wished I looked more into having a larger hard drive installed...
Awesome review, thank you. I'm buying one now. About the sizes - dude, come on. It's not the helmet. It's your face and neck - you just need to lose weight, man.
NAPA? WHAT A JOKE, they won't stand behind their belt warranty, or anything else they sell probably. No napa, never!, EVER AGAIN!! That belt cost them thousands from my shop!
It’s just a “water heater”. A “cold water heater” is one that won’t heat and is therefore “cold”. (… and your extended home warranty would have covered part of the replacement cost IF you would have answered that call.)
Thanks for the in depth video. Great job for sure. I'm considering the advance for my shop. I am wondering if it has capabilities to diagnose misfires on both gas and diesel. Thanks again
