Me too but I'm sure the price would be tripled. My dealer has a set of Mac deep and shallow impacts in a foam tray that is USA made for over 700 dollars. They are really nice but damn!

The V open ends don’t actually have any benefit.

Sorry buddy... There is good and bad with Mac. One is that they do have USA made tools. The second thing is that most of their cheep tools are still pretty good. And that they carry other brands like VIM, Knipex, Lisle and such. My dealer prefers to do toolbox sales as a truck account depending on money down or trade in. So that way you are paying the interest... Stay safe my friend

@@OneMechanic check out mr subaru he did a video on a set from them that has the flex ratcheting box end and ratcheting open end I tried to buy those but was sent the wrong ones the double ratcheting are expensive

@@OneMechanic staying safe is what I worked on today I put a weber side draft on an efi 4.9 ford straight 6 it caught fire from too much fuel pressure

Precision Torque is the style of wrench. This style was originally from FACOM in Europe. When Stanley Black and Decker bought them, they made them longer and sold through Mac Tools. Now SBD had now sold this style through their other brands as well such ad Sidchrome and most recently Craftsman. Besides the wire, the open end is angled differently then most other wrenches. These are made over sees and I have not needed to warranty these or any of my other PT wrenches. But my Mac Dealer had been able to get most warranty done within a week. The part number is SRWMO26PT. The PT at the end is for Precision Torque style. I also didn't pay full price but still expensive. But my dealer and these style of wrenches both have proven their worth over the past few years. I have had other brands this big and they have failed. So I'm very happy with these ... Thanks for watching and stay safe 😁👍

I dont know for sure but I would guess to make them cheaper. It would be less manufacturing so then less cost and more profits. They own the design but im sure that they are not being made at the same plant.
