We are making Macaroni Salad with lots of spring vegetables. The macaroni adds bulk making this a substantial salad. The spring vegetables give it a pleasant crunchy texture, making it extra delicious.
How to make Macaroni Salad

* Letting salted vegetables sit in a bag is not included in cook time.
50g Macaroni (1.8 oz)
1% Salt Water
80g Spring Cabbage Leaves (2.8 oz)
1/2 Cucumber
1/4 New Onion
1/3 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Water
1~2 slices of Ham
3 Crab Sticks
3 tbsp Corn Kernels, boiled
1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
1 Boiled Egg
Salt
Black Pepper, coarsely ground
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
