INteresting, thx. Being half in the vid, The loudspeaker was wobbly cause adhesive strips were missing.. Someone opened that Macbook before and did not well..

Absolutely great video in good detail. Im going to embark on this next week. I am amazed you actually seem to have to take the MAcbook down to almost bare periodic table elements for a simple keyboard swapout. I remember working repairing HP/Compaq laptops 20 years ago. On most, if not all models of HP Omnibooks, all you did was to pull down 3 little plastic flaps at the top, sometimes there were 2-3 screws at bottom reachable without opening the laptop, then pull the keyboard forward, open the cable connector and reverse process with new keyboard. Time: 2-3 minutes. Edit: To be fair on Apple, their Macbooks are very durable. I did look up a video on replacing keyboards on modern PC laptops. It is actually similarly hard, it has gotten much harder there too as they are no longer that modular. HP and Dell, similar to Macbooks. Lots of tools and time required.
