@@christoffermyrdal My bluetooth wireless ear pods work. I don't use Airpods. As for performance both my 13.3 and 15.6 2015 units run OCLP Sonoma and work better then they did on Monterey. Your personal experience may not reflect others.
@@christoffermyrdal the bluteooth on my macbook is also working and performance is not affected. the only issue is that the keyboard tends to get warm and the fan would kick from time to time espeically when i am watching youtube vids.
That’s true, you may get different results on the bluetooth connectivity based on what model you are installing on and what version, I should have made that more clear.
i still use my 2015 macbook...i swear its faster than my 2020 macbook ....unfortunately ill have to retire it because of software issues...gonna get m3 macbook
it is almost at it's end of life. Probably After 2024 apple will stop updating the OS and soon after that your browser will no longer be upgradeable which make it useless
If all you use a Mac for is browsing the web, you’re useless and might as well get an android tablet or chrome book over a Mac in the first place. Still running Monterey on 2 systems with current versions of Pro Tools, Reason 12 and a whole bunch of already universal binary and Apple Silicon ready plugins. I can dual boot into Mojave for 32 bit software support and that OS needs Opera instead of Safari to use with a lot of common websites but the fact it’s still usable, just not in Safari doesn’t change anything. These systems look like a good option. Especially the 2.5 and 2.8Ghz models with the dedicated GPU. The fact the SSD can upgraded is a bonus.
