This is an amazing house but the presentation really lacked!...You most definitely should have shown that basement!

Love the home, I would really love to see the garages and wine cellar.

I love the abundance of power outlets. Most houses never seem to have enough although I would have had them concealed for a cleaner finish. And the word she was looking for instead of patio or balcony area was; mezzanine floor. lol. As for the master bedroom I would've liked to have seen the bar and sink concealed behind a cupboard or something. Personally, I think that sinks and faucets have a tendency to stick out like sore thumbs in bedrooms.

Wow that is a nice home. I love the master bedroom, it never ended. Would have loved to have seen the basement for sure.

House did not stay on the market very long. It sold for 4 million on 07/25/2017! House is just over 12K square foot. Very nice. Lucky owners!

The stone choices aren’t cohesive with the flooring. Also the prep kitchen should be fully enclosed and not visible from the main kitchen. I do like the interior door choices. This house just seems.. big but without purpose

The camera work in this is so bad. I mean at least use a wide angle lens for a home tour instead. And if youre going to use a shitty cameras internal mic, youre better off not having any sound at all.

My advice. Show the house. Buy a gimbal for the camera. The nice woman is pretty but I didn't click on the video to See her 90+% of the time. Go in the shower and go in the steam room. Give the viewer a first person perspective of walking through the home. Allow me to say this again. The woman seems very nice but I didn't come here to see her I wanted to see the house.
