My favorite 'station' was 14cm 'childrens size' and tourism products. I rather work fast as opposed to heavy and slow. 29cm was too heavy for my hands, it slowed me down more then I liked, so I requested 'kinderklompjes' = 14cm After working at that station for 2 days, I asked the foreman "How many do you make in a day at 14cm ?" Answer : "Hmm 300 pairs" CHALLENGE !!! There was this guy who replaced the spoon drills on the machines, every day, usually near the days end. I was giving it my all, to get near that 300 pairs and then all of a sudden, that jackass switched off my machines to replace the drills. FUCK..... "NOOOOOOOOO" I was at 298 and still had some 5 minutes...... I would have beaten it past 300 I was soo mad...... I cursed the guy for the next 298 years ... The manager learned of it and drew up a contract 'Sign here and welcome to the club'. That meant a salary raise of 40% and a steady job for a couple of years.
