Machine Quilt A T Shirt Quilt with Natalia Bonner 

I recently made a a very large t-shirt quilt. I used Terial Magic as my stabilizer and quilters dream bamboo blend batting. It was very soft and light weight since all my stabilizer washed out and the bamboo is lightweight but still lends to adding definition in the stitching. I custom quilt my t-shirt quilts, so that is a very nice plus with the bamboo.

I have that same machine as you and I love it to death. I have pinned the top down before but have always done that process first. (Gammill video from years ago) Someday can you show a video of how you do that using a side and underneath view? Curious how it’s loaded that way….Thank you! Btw I use your 4 n 1 ruler ALL THE TIME! Best ruler ever

I have an old Tin Lizzie 18 - no computer guided stitching for me. But I do have a T-shirt quilt that needs finishing.

Natalia, do you ever have problems sewing thru the rubber printed parts of the t-shirts? I have had skipped stitches. Thank You!
