After getting back home I saw that the door on the pc78 had slid open! So I looked back to the video and it starts to open right at the start… You’ve got to real mean it when you shut that door or it will wiggle loose. Luckily it just slides around the machine instead of hinging open. Just thought I’d share see if you all notice. Have a good one!!
I drove an old R~Model like that with a 300 and a five speed and it damn sure wasn't fancy like the W~900's and 379's I drove later in life but it was reliably rugged and it always got the job done . Jeez that was a lifetime ago, thanks for the fond memories ! One stack Mack without a shack on the back LOL !
Bom dia amigo, gostaria muito de morar neste lugar, gosto de mais de caminhões e máquinas antigas, saudações do Eugenio que mora no Paraná Brasil 👍👏🤜🤛🤝...
Absolutely amazing video man I just subscribe to your channel I love the sound of your truck will you please see if you can do an extremely long 3 to 4 hour ASMR video of you driving this thing and include engine start up that would be awesome. thanks man stay safe I hope all is well with you. Have a great day.
Straight 5 speed is tough. It’s a good truck but having lower gears would be better. The AutoCar has the low end and we have a Mack with a 9 speed that we need to work on
@@carldrexler7883we’ve got another R model we need to get back on the road. Hopefully we can. We have a replacement 9 speed for it if we can fine the time to work on it
I’ve had several viewers from Brazil. These old Mack trucks are tough trucks. My uncle says as long as you have a hammer and a 9/16 wrench you can fix most problems to get back home haha
