That truck looks like they beat it to hell and back again before they parked it. Definitely cannot say they didn't get their money's worth out of that one. Sad to see that old dog like that.
I’m almost positive it would..... we had 2 trucks at the yard at work. One sat since 2015 the other sat for for 2 years Just needed batteries and they fired right up ..... ran them down the road the same day .... The one that sat for a year had some issues. The rear brakes locked up. And the steering column had seized up. But that was all fixed before noon ...... the other truck has a bad throttle return spring...... i can’t find the part to replace it. So I put a 7/16” bolt through the frame.... with a 10” turn buckle. And a big CT327 “i think it was” coil spring... and ran it to the throttle linkage and just tested the pedal and adjusted the turn buckle until it felt right..... both trucks have Cummins L10s and 9 speed Eatons. I’ve seen Mack engines sit for 20 years or so and fire up with little effort
