I live in Macon. The tragedy is the violence. Macon is a great town with great folks. It seems like every day someone is shot, someone is killed, it barely makes the news unless there’s something weird or dramatic about it. Such a tragedy.
@@gangstaadvisorysouth8906 I really hope Bibb as a community can come together and get these young men to think some and to see one another as fellow humans instead of opps. Those young folks should be out there starting empires and changing the world. It really does break my heart. When I was a young man I ran the streets and got lucky enough to meet a good girl, learned a trade, had my sons and I’m straight. If these young men knew how good they could have it they would be making goals. I think it’s mostly lack of perspective, you know what you know and I’m not blaming these young folks, they were put in these situations and the community has failed them in so many ways on so many levels. The violence in Macon is an untenable situation but it’s got to get better.
@Dat nigga Daz Dillinger uhm.. what. Nah God don't got nothing to do with this. Now once again explain to me how this benefits our future generation.. This is why our youths tearing each other up. Shooting whoever cause they don't care.. this is destructive behavior.. doesn't matter how u put it. Between the drugs and liquor they killing themselves. Look how unhealthy peopl look in the video.. it honestly just hurts my heart that peopl like u can't see it.. smh. Blessing to my brothers and sisters and I hope yall open yall eyes.. everyone wants us to kill ourselves and that what we been doing for years..
@Dat nigga Daz Dillinger FYI I've read the Bible, Quran, Holy Tablets and a few more things.. What yall saying are generational curses is no more than people enjoying the Lifestyle and Culture and paying respects to those they have lost... True indeed some may be misguided but cursed nah... Its always our own that got the most to say or trying to speak curses on others for living how they choose to live.. And whereas you only know about Macon im from there been there all 180 seasons of my life if you wanna get in tune pay attention...
@@GenerationZero1 this is most definetly NOT the reason people killing each other.. There was not 1 reported incident of violence first off this was a time to come together in rememberence of our loved ones that have passed away ( FYI not everyone dies of violence ). As far as the benefits to future generations it shows the ability of our people to unite and have a good time minus the extra stuff.. There were multiple gangs there yet there was no violence.. One of the ONLY ways to promote a better way is by showing the ability to come together and have a good time.. To me ( my opinion ) weed n a few drinks aren't a issue, you was saying drugs and alcohol but I'd much rather my people unify and enjoy rather than be beefing and killing... When people die alotta yall wanna blame Gangs but in truth its alot behind a death people don't just kill for no reason I promise you.. I respect the love you have for your brother's and sisters but gatherings like these which happen several times yearly on different sides of town in all gang hoods are needed for all thats been lost and all we need to do to make change.. Do your research in 25 years nobody dies on hood day and all gangs come to every hood day as a sign of respect n rememberence... You have to have knowledge of the culture to speak on or overstand... ijs
I'm speechless, I can only pray for healing and release from all of the spiritual afflictions I witnessed in this video. Everyone in this video was once an innocent baby. God loves everyone in this video

@@gangstaadvisorysouth8906 Oh ok. I'm from NC and our crips and bloods came from NY/NJ. So is SC and VA. You should do a documentary or a video of the history of the Macon Crips.
@@hitek9too255 its currently in the Making. We had insanes here first we just chose to have our own set.. Then with us pushing Jeezy we were able to go global with it
@@gangstaadvisorysouth8906 Yea I forgot we also have GD's. They came from the prison system but they're so small and such a small minority, that honestly it's not even worth mentioning. You should also interview some of the ogs who can proper insight or showcase any other rappers/celebrities that came from the set/area. The closet I got was watching RealStreetzofMaconGA but it was short and didn't go into extensive detail.
I aint going lie Im a VA O.G...n I stay off Montpelier across from the blue store in the Macon...i see O.G Head all the time...n all i see is them showing love and eating together! Aint thats what its bout?!
People in the comments talking so much shit. They’re having fun. I wish I could have this sense of community but I feel like an outcast. The comment section are outcasts as well, just disgruntled and sour graping
@@gangstaadvisorysouth8906G’s should be aspiring to leave that life and enter into the Civilian world. Not the other way around. There is no glory in living this type of lifestyle
@Gangsta Advisory South Thanks for sharing this video but how about persuading these people to stop the gang activity, learn to respect each other, stop killing, open businesses, learn a trade and have a healthier lifestyle etc

Lord have mercy…thank you Lord for allowing not to grow up in an environment like this. Then these people are having kids, which turns into generational ignorance. Even looking at the bad body shapes show you a poor diet intake. This makes me so sad for my people. We are truly lost 😞
No ma’am. They!!!! This is what happens when parents to enforce these Mofos to do their job in local schools and government offices. No city council attendees, No PTO black parents turnouts, No tutors for children being left behind so they drop out with nothing to do. Never jobs for the small communities. I wish I could reach out to them with info on construction and other opportunities for them. Theres jobs out there for felonies.
@@kingznqueenztv What you said is part of the problem…the 2nd part of the problem is us. I initially grew up in the projects and it was nothing nice…dead bodies being thrown off the buildings, violence, rapes, etc… But guess what my parents did…they instilled in us that we don’t have to be a product of our environment. As soon as my sister started running the streets, they made an effort to get us out. That means they took control instead of waiting on others folks to march in and help. My mother cleaned white folks houses to pay for my tutoring. We as black folks have to take 50% of the responsibility…using excuses on how not to succeed will always be our down fall.
@@banzy5387 Negative!! I grew up in public housing as well as guess what my children missed that experience!! I hold 3 degrees with a career and 2 small businesses. I showed up and today my kids are individuals that follow the same blueprint. So baby I follow tried and true!!!!! Like I said!!
By the reading of your comments you the kind that would care about being educated and building up the community and holding your own kind accountable. People like you are the real problem. You have no clue about building the family structure and making sure your kids are straight. You probably don’t know the functions of your local government in your area.
@@kingznqueenztv So you assume and that is the problem with assuming. I help communities ALL day everyday…on my personal time and on my job. I am one of those who could barely pass a test in elementary school, but again my mother cleaned houses to get me a tutor. I finally started applying myself and the tutor helped. I am Gulf War Era Veteran, making 6 figures, got a bachelor’s (ate ramen noodles EVERYDAY trying to put myself through college and sometimes slept in my car) and went back for a master’s degree when I got older. I help different communities everyday financially and my personal time, but I also teach people in the communities to not become a victim of your environment. That’s what’s wrong with our people, we live on excuses until we die. At some point we have to get up off our azzes and do something about it!!!
