After placing the bead, flip bracelet around and repeat the steps with the stings on the other side. The first wing will be on the bottom you will work towards it,

I am so sad 'cause I got one only wing. It could have been wonderful if you had posted instructions for the second wing. Although I tried to do it, I was unable to comprehend how to get it. It would be great if you post instructions for the second wing.

Turning it around worked for me. So, the four white strings that you have laid out vertically, turn those so that what was the top of the strings is now at the bottom. When you add the red strings, the “tails” are now to the right instead of the left. I also practiced with 4 different colors instead of four red strings so I could better see what I was doing. Once I got the hang of it, I was able to make the second wing without issues. If you are using satin nylon, you can practice without wasting string because they are pretty easy to undo to practice again.
