Macrophases are anything but perfect, they often malfunction - sometimes fail to engulf the pathogen, sometimes do engulf the pathogen, but then become a craddle for them, instead of killing, pathogen rather grows inside Macrophse. Sometimes macrophases attack our own body instead. All of these are rather common. U see, only someone who doesn't know immunology will thing they are perfect.
