Note: Base to my testing, Elder sister appear only in halloween raid AFTER you have one elder sister in your team. That means you need to use this method first to "unlock" Elder Sister from appearing in halloween raid You can use the Rejuvenate Potion that you crafted from the old man but it will only reduce age by 1, and you can only use them 24 times per NPC Thats the reason WHY you need trade the Rejuvenate Potion to Rejuvenate SECRET Potion. because it reduce age faster as you see in the video the 3rd time I use it, its enough to make Big Sister/Brother Native
Elder sister native also appears during high level raid / haloween event raid. Also unlike Large female natives, they're "R"-able, so you can capture them easily. Way faster than the whole potion method. Regarding Elder brother natives, as far as I know, they're potion only. They're like a discount Keigo though, so not really worth the effort unless you're a collector and wants to add spice to your base. They doesn't even have any H scenes (yet) if you're looking for that. They can craft a good weapon, but it's not as good as dungeon reward weapons. Personally if you want a strong followers, Young man (Male MC son) is very good and versatile since they can pretty much equip everything including blunt weapons. They have a good baseline stat too, get them early and you can steamroll all bosses easily. If you don't have DLC then you can "make" them really easy, else just feed your young boy milk until they grew up with DLC enabled.
@sianks2682 Try using the halloween item raid you can get from the trader + flower totems. Since halloween raid are "used" by the devs so you can obtain special costumes, and Elder sister NPC will spawn so you can obtain their halloween outfit. I haven't tested this yet, but you might wanna lower the level as well, if the level is too high, I speculate that it might spawn more Large female native more.
Only Female Natives get pregnant, Other NPC dont. Female Natives are in the PINK tab of your friend list, click button left of screen or craft Pregnancy potion it 10X the chance, and make sure to equip it to the Female native
You can craft "sea area" from mermaid Click her and a craft button will show up SHe needs to be in the water for the button to appear Then just place down the sea area and go near then press E, then click USE to adjust the height and width of the sea area
