It got canceled because of a scene the showed one day. The episode is now lost but it was cream and the dolls were doing something. Then it hurry up and switched to something else. I was like uhhh ok...
My stupid daycare would turn it off all the time cuz it cursed once. (Probably said piss or hell or something) and after cn all the other girls wanted to watch Disney channel. So whenever mad came on they'd say "mad is on!!! It's on! That bad show is on!" Yo I was butthurt about that😂
I don’t care what anyone says, this was a great show. I was in the exact age demographic that this show targeted when it first aired, and I could see what the creators were going for - just a wacky, unpredictable animation fest with a dash of that adult swim edge. I loved seeing all the different animation techniques being used in rapid succession, having no idea what would come next. And the humor was just something I’ve never seen on Cartoon Network before - it was the version of SNL or robot chicken that I could watch on tv without getting into trouble with my parents. I loved every frame of this ridiculous project.
idk, i'd say it's a mixed bag for me now that I'm an adult. Some of the references really did not age well, and there's some parodies they did that are just straight up unfunny unless you're familiar with the source material they're parodying, and I also wasn't a fan of the frequent reliance on toliet humor, i just don't find that stuff funny. That being said, there are some genuinely fantastic episodes of this show that still make me laugh and have aged relatively well, like the MCU parodies for example, I found those funny since I first saw them. It truly was a show that was perfect for when it came out seeing as movie parodies such as Honest Trailers and, for as much as I loathe their content, Cinemasins were becoming big on RU-vid, but looking back, as I said in the beginning, it's a mixed bag. Some of it aged really well and some of it really didn't.
MAD - Intro y Créditos 720ph° Final Episodio de la temporada 1 / 4 "uGlee" Año : (1952 - 2010) Idioma : Estados Unidos Creadores del programas : Kevin Slinick y Willam M. Gaines Red: Cartoon Network
I was about 10-13 when this show came out, at that age I loved the randomness, but as a young 20s year old the pop culture references are actually pretty fire! Bring this show back!
If people say that _MAD_ is like a kiddie version of _Robot Chicken,_ it's most likely that they haven't checked out *the magazines* that *this show was based on!*
They're not even supposed to be lyrics, they're just funny noises. They're not supposed to make sense, just like the show isn't supposed to make sense.
This is another cartoon that I love that everyone else hates Yes the humor is a bit dated but the thing is the source material the show is based on mad magazine poked fun at stuff from different decades within that certain decade since the show premiered in the early 2010s I consider the show a product of the early 2010s Now granted I’m not the hugest fan of shows that are products of their time but if the show appeals to me then it works Personally I think shows like Kim possible and Ben 10 are far more products of their time compared to mad both Kim possible and Ben 10 came out when the kid centered action show market became a thing (which some worked like yin yang yo pucca ppg (1998) Danny phantom my life as a teenage robot etc) while others like teen titans (2003) well didn’t at least in my opinion whereas mad while a product of the early 2010s is pretty much my type of humor (the same kind of humor from adult swim and liquid television) plus it’s respectful to its source material as it gets Also spy vs spy that’s everybody’s favorite part within each issue of mad magazine Overall mad (2010) is one of my favorite shows for its random humor they play around and it’s ingenious satire I do like the magazines more but I still love this show regardless
So first we got Mad TV on the FOX Broadcasting Company before it got a revival series with one season on The CW, so WB Television distributed another Mad TV show that is a cartoon and could be sometimes referred to as Mad: The Animated Series on Cartoon Network, presented by WB Animation an owned by WB Entertainment (which is WB themselves).
Mad was cancelled because there was a swear word in A episode where a kid says Spell House and the calculator said "How the f*ck should i know? @bluesquare2592
