The graphical leap from PS2 to Wii was greater than I expected.

Wii is far superior in hardware than the PS2, for example Toy Story 3 on the Wii is a port of the PS3/X360 version while the PS2 version is a port of the PSP version (probably because it is not strong enough to handle ), I remember that Call of Duty: World At War on the Wii is also the same version of the PS3/X360, but on the PS2 it was a totally different game. The problem is that not all companies took advantage of the Wii's superior hardware to do something decent, so many of its games were simply PS2 ports, that's why a lot of people think that the Wii is not that superior to the PS2 as well.

@@MoonSarito The Wii was basically a souped up Gamecube which was why there were PS2 ports. And that situation kinda reminds me of companies doing GBA ports for the DS, even though the DS' hardware was far superior to that of the GBA, even in 2D. Take Barbie and the 12 Dancing Princesses DS for instance, it's basically a port of the GBA game with no changes or revamped graphics whatsoever

It's still quite impressive that the PS2 version is the exact same game as the rest. It came out in 2008 and clearly took advantage of the 7 gen hardware - the PS3, 360 and PC versions look really good for a kids game! I kinda prefer when they make the same game but uglier than when they make a completely different game for weaker hardware.

The ps2 version is missing some content and difficulty options in some mini-games, but aside from that, it is the exact same game.

This game was the very first game for ps2 I ever owned, alongside Spiderman Web of Shadows ps2... back when I received it in the distant cristmas 2008... 2 things: -I'm getting old. -This game will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart because of this, alongside other pillars like the above mentioned Web of Shadows, and db budokai tenikaichi 2...

Well PC pretty much wins every time because it is the most capable system. The PC version only looks just slightly nicer than the PS3 version.

Hermano eres DIOS haciendo comparativas de juegos retro, sobre todo para gente que queramos jugar lo que no pudimos en su día en emuladores nos haces la vida infinitamente más fácil para elegir la mejor version para nosotros de cada juego, no siempre tiene porque ser la de la consola más potente o del que mejor se vea, sobre todo en esa época había variedad de versiones, no como ahora que eliges Xbox y es casi imposible que haya un juego que no vaya mejor ahí que en otro sitio (obviando PC). Just letting you know that the graphics in the PC version is exactly the same as the PS3 and 360 versions. You just have to set the quality to high. The quality shown in the video is set to medium by default, which is why the shadows advanced lighting, and other effects are missing.

Ps3версия самая лучшая, вот только мне кажется что ты используешь компоненты, а не HDMI,на HDMI игра выглядит в разы лучше, сам играю на пс3 (с русской озвучкой и интерфейсом) ибо ПК у меня ещё нету, а ноутбук перегревается, вот только жаль что на пс3 там дальность прорисовки не очень, а вот если бы к этому моменту все освоили мощный, но сложный в плане разработки/портирование игр процесс CELL BROADCAST то в пс3 версии не была бы урезанная дальность прорисовки

The wii goes to show that it was almost an SD PS3. It's quite impressive considering the hardware that it's closer to the ps3 version than it is to the ps2.

I played this on PS2 PS3 and PC on PS2 there was a cut minigame with slot machine on junkyard mission where penguins with monkeys rebuild the plane.

This version of Nintendo DS is much better than the last one, the first game was basically a GBA port for the DS, here they really tried to do something decent with the DS. Wii is basically the same version as the PS3, but in '' SD '', the PS2 version has a few different assets and is considerably less than the Wii, but it is still a good version. PS3 is the best by far.
