My word Mark what a road trip quite an adventure along the way, the views of the country side so beautiful and simple but hearty food. Amazed how Micah was up for the entire journey, Ying is a great wife and mother so supportive. Props again to the team taking you around and the driver Mario, safe travels to all if you. Really enjoying these trips❤
Though a long drive, you can't beat a road trip that gives you a beautiful sunrise and sunset. That fish looked good. The best part for me eating a whole fried fish is the crispy tail and fins. Yum!😋 5:46 that's interesting.🤔
....so here in Malawi Cassava leaf is called Chigwada. And we cook it with ground nut sauce. Only thing is I have never tried it with rice. It is always with Nsima...
