Thanks for the review, I think I am going to send mine back to pulse along with the Japanese spider man, I didn't realize he had the old torso crunch and hydra looked great online but in person I just can't justify the price just for the heads sculpt and holster, those really are the only good points of the figure.
Thank you for making my days Xcorpeo because I went to my school prom 2 months ago and I danced with a girl for the first time and I had fun dancing with her, Once again, Thank you so much.
I am very curious on who coined the term "buck" is that an actual industry term for mold or is that something randomly made up by reviewers? There is a artist model by by brand called Art S Buck.. I feel like social media cause a bunch of people to become confused and start calling molds.. bucks. Japanese and Chinese reviewers has never used this term.. and have zero clue what the term means. 😅
@@xcorpeo well as it turn out.. buck is 100% not a term used by the industry lol it is a very like just something made up. Look up a product called "Art S Buck" and you will immediately realized it.
The definition of a "buck" that I read stated that it's: "A method of creating a small set of base bodies on which multiple figures can be built. Commonly used as a way to cut costs. However, it may also be used to make releasing additional figures and characters a quicker process".
I know she is not on the new female body mold, But to me, I still think she is 95% or 80% the best Marvel Legends Madame Hydra figure in my opinion and even though I don't have her, I might consider on getting the Alex Ross model 70 Ironman as well as U.S Agent to fight Captain America or the Avengers, Thank you for the video.
Nice review, man! I think you highlighted a lot of the figures weaknesses, but personally, I think that this figure is a hot mess. Her face sculpt is okay, but her eyebrows are too thick, and make-up seems too harsh in application. Her body is lackluster, as you pointed out, but her arms seem to be just a little too short in proportion to the rest of her body. It's also weird that we have sculpted gloves on her arms, yet the boots aren't sculpted, and are simply a division in the paint. I find that kind of inconsistency to be more than a little annoying. I also don't like her belt color. It just looks like she's wearing a belt made of cheap, green plastic. Surely a black belt would have been better here for optimal contrast. They could have at least have tried to provide some kind of leather texturing or something. Imagine how good that gold Hydra logo on the holsters would have looked against black leather! I would have preferred that. Such a wasted opportunity. Her guns are also lackluster. The barrels on those guns are nothing short of a joke, as they lack dimension and credibility. Hasbro should have retired this gun sculpt years ago because it's not at all good. I can't help think that Hasbro cut every corner on this figure, and I find that to be downright disappointing. The head is the only saving grace, and they botched the paint on that. Your review, I think, is extremely accurate and fair, xcorpeo. You always sum things up quite well, and this review is another spot-on analysis from you. Keep up the good work!
