@@jonahmcclaine1635 FC24 came out before Madden 24 and the menus were crisp and fast. Madden 25 menus look similar to FC24 so it should be better this time.

I think when you do practice, you should be able to choose whether it’s against the stars or the backups

Progressive lighting is in Madden 24, we haven’t had progressive weather though in 10+ years.

That said given the DirectTV/Sunday Ticket lawsuit and the 2K “arcade” NFL game in the works the NFL may voluntarily open the sim license in ‘26 to 2K at a minimum to avoid monopoly claims. They’ll be especially inclined to open it if 2K can show their VC drives more revenue than Madden Ultimate team…

Dude madden 07 is my favorite madden game. I loved on superstar mode how you could play ANY POSTION.

@@targetegrat you’re probably right, and I’m sure the NFL will renew the contract unfortunately . All they care about is money, and not if we actually enjoying the game. I think the person who is over licensing for the NFL probably hasn’t played madden in his life.

Probably not but you can make your own and with the new update to franchise mode you should be able to import a legends roster from the community files in game

Kind of hard to do as you would have to make individual agreements with old players.

Just for no difference and having all the QBs throwing for 5000 yards😂 and having a 90+ overall team with good playbooks finish 7-10 every year with the occasional 9 win season

They did not show us a full gameplay of college until 6 days before release lol. They dropped a gameplay deep dive trailer a month early, they did the same for Madden already as well.

this is what they do and have done for years. that’s why people who don’t participate at the combine take so much longer to get their likeness in the game

CFB25 lets me use it in offline dynasty and quick play.

why tf would they add a halftime show that cant be skipped, majority of players are not tryin to sit there, they tryna get back to the game

@@iveyDEO so people can use the bathroom, grab a drink, check theirs teams stats, see some highlights. Little things like that make the game that much better, as you can see you cant skip the start of the game now in CBF25

Yeah all the qb will be super close in stats all will throw for almost 5000 yards and 40tds with the only a few interceptions being the difference. And playing with a 95 overall team and simming with a good playbook will still lead to 6-11 or 7-10 record every year

I did a video years back on why Franchise was gutted in 13, it wasn't done just for the sake of doing it. If you remember, Madden would lose it's mode features when it switched to a new console generation, and they would have to rebuild out things like Franchise (Madden 06-07 had a bare bones franchise on the 360/PS3). During the development of Madden 13, they implemented a new franchise engine that would allow them to carry over features to new consoles without having to start it basically from scratch. But in order to implement this, they had to one last time start from scratch. The issue here became that EA took too many years to build the mode back out, but that isn't the fault of Looman (who wasn't there for most of that time after), or the other Devs that are held back by Corporate Greed/Structure that ultimately control the decisions. Also, creating Ultimate Team shouldn't be a knock on Looman, the concept of the mode and what it started out as is objectively cool. @@znodiez10 he got derek carr at qb. every year since brees retired gets worse and worse. last year was his worst statistical career because he wasn’t getting the ball. not his fault. plus he still was towards the top of the league in broken tackles though so the number of touches he had so yes he is still like that
