Had the Pixel Fold since launch! It is by far my favorite phone ever! Even more than my beloved Nexus 5. This wasn't my first folding phone, I also had the Surface Duo for a while. The Pixel Fold has completely changed the way I use my phone. I use my phone to read comics and manga, watch TV and movies, and play games on the big screen I would have never played on a smaller screen! Please keep the size of the Fold 2 the same as the Fold 1! It is just perfect! Thank you Google!
I use my phone for gasp!! MAKING calls and texts. I rarely use my phone for things outside of what a telephone does. The only reason why the cellphone has become essentially a palm top computer was to attract tech driven teens to the market because the first generation of cellphones in the late 90s were not selling well among the older adult population mainly because the older adults couldn't figure out how to use them. In short the only way to prevent the cellphone industry from collapsing was to begin marketing the product to teens.
No i don't want google's latest stupid cellphone. As long as my current cellphone still works I'm NOT going to replace it every 6 months. A cellphone is generally a one and done purchase but tech companies have to constantly repackage essentially the same product over and over once it hits market saturation. The crapple iPhone is a classic example of this. Each version that has since been released is essentially the exact same as it's predecessor other than the stupid model number. Crapple should just rename it the iPhone infinity and be done with it
