Also the shower head in the bathroom should totally be over the bathtub then you have an area for linen storage where the shower was and don't need a second set of drain plumbing below the shower
The only thing I would really like to see from this is an option for a murphy bed which would open up the space quite a bit. Also, curtains for the sliding door. It's nice if people don't have access to the property normally, but folks will quickly realize how unnerving it might be if you woke up in the morning or night to someone staring in at you because they didn't realize where the front door was to knock.
Love the outside and most of the inside of this tiny house. For me, it would be great as a Buchanan, texas lake house! Murphy bed/couch, larger tub, full sized fridge and 4 burner stove+oven plus one-way glass would make a perfect rental/home ! I'm thinking of one or even up to 3 because I really love this design, and it would be great to live on my beautiful Buchanan lake property. If the sliding doors faced the beachfront and both other sides would be facing Sunrise and sunset, this tiny house would next to perfect ....ìf only closer to texas! I love your channel, and I even click the like button first... every time! You never disappoint, though, some tiny houses do... to being too pricey !
@@olga138: those pull down beds are quite expensive. Better to buy a sofa that converts to sleeping. Sectionals work quite well because of the different configurations.
This is incredible. There is a company that takes beds and makes them flush with the ceiling like Lego pieces and also you can out storage units that with the press of the button your bed is lowered or storage is lowered so you can have a giant living room that turns into a bedroom when you want it too. They are out of San Fran and it’s 8 grand for the bed that drops down from the ceiling.
I'll be honest Kerry... every single studio and one bedroom you've shown, my comment is always... "nice, but I need more space." Your comment: "Thanks for watching" lol. You've converted this space hog with this one. This is fully liveable.
Beautiful home. I agree that it should have a Murphy bed option. I'd also want a bigger tub--which shouldn't be a problem jn such a large bathroom. Thanks for all the videos you make. I especially like when you're able to go to a house.

No limits to delivery 🚚 🏆 Love the layout. I’d ditch the tub and add an enclosed shower with a washer/dryer combo next to it. But everything else is spot on. Nice kitchen. 👍 The exterior has personality. I wonder if the exterior colors can be customized. 🤔 Happy Thanksgiving Kerry! 🦃🍽 Great video. Always love it when you tour a finished prefab home. 😎
The bathroom is customizable, I spoke with them. In this video the shower is stand up and the washer and dryer combo is a two in one right there in the kitchen ❤

Good job Kerry, it is cool to see that you have been able to make more trips recently and do the viewing of these houses by yourself. I hope your channel keeps growing, so you are able to make more content like this.
0:47 LOL❤ that was a cruel joke Kerry Tarnow! When I saw the shot of you walking through LAX I squealed 😂 something I have never done before 😮 it was awkward.
There should be windows that you press a switch to blacken, for privacy so you are not in bed and on display. Also there should be a pull down movie screen , via remote control, for people who like TV. 3rd there should be a CHAISE for good back support and leg comfort, without being in bed so much. And definitely a washer/dryer in the bath. A tall tower of narrow shelving / drawers to the ceiling for storage, in the bathroom for towels, toiletres. vitamins, shavers, razors, radio, while bathing. etc.
Excellent Kerry. One of my favorite videos of yours! And this company will hit a lot of the pain points for even your discriminating viewers. I especially love the clean zen styling of the Scandinavian/Japanese influences.
In my opinion it's a master bedroom with a small kitchen and bathroom. I love the windows!!! I do think the tub is to small and there is room to make it bigger. I like it very much but I do feel for that size it's over priced. It's to small for the price for me.You do a great job!!! ☺
Agreed $145k before shipping is a lot and there's no combination washer/dryer. Not everyone likes a rain shower. I prefer the magnetic head type. Tub should be big enough for two average size adults😊.
Thanks Kerry! East Coast guy who love your videos and wants to get a Prefab in the coming years. Great video and appreciate the east coast focus. This one is towards the top of my list.
I just moved from an apartment with the same size, it had a separate bedroom with big closets and a big bed. The living room was rather spacious and bright as well with 290 sqf. You don't want your bed in the middle of your house with all this available space.
Good job, Kerry. Finally something closer. Would like to see slightly larger models from them or like another comment said enclose the shower add washer/dryer and a Murphy bed. Great video.
Hi Kerry...Thanks for sharing...In my opinion the bed here should be a morphy one...that way the space becomes convertible and social area blossoms to be used while not sleeping... Greetings from Medellín, Colombia!!!
With automation movement it can be moved outdoors or indoors. Connection for plumbing setting over proper drainages & outlets u pay to use! Government should cover plumbing costs
This is the first video of yours that I've watched the whole thing. This is my favorite one and I agree with everyone else. Make that bed a king size Murphy bed and I'm in
8:25 the size of this unit ⭕️ with ☸️ 8 units in a circular shape! They can all see the center just not on the wider view side. Square tilted n2 🍕 for privacy yet center of connection creates concerts fun & enjoyable moments.
I've been watching your videos for awhile and was waiting for East Coast info. 😂 these guys have East Coast pricing. It's cheaper to buy a condo of the same footprint, even in today's market. Now I understand why the focus on hospitality... few else would be willing to make the investment. Hospitality also has few zoning and land use headaches....
Kerry, Will you make a video covering some of the companies who are involved in the affordable housing segment of the industry. I'm tired of manufacturers who only build for the adu or vacation rentals.
WOW. Love the windows & earlier comment about a Murphy bed. I’m sad that they didn’t stay on the west coast as I live in Seattle. LOVE the house. Plus, I like the idea that they’re considering individual homes. You featured another east coast manufacturer & they only dealt with multiple units/developers.
I would like the dining area near the kitchen. A good place for a projector TV. A murphy bed with a sofa like seatting attach to it. That slides under. So i could have some visitors.
The only change I’d make for my preference is that for windows I’d not have floor to ceiling. I have that in my home now and have a lack of wall space for furniture items best kept against a wall. So I’d have 3-1/2 to 4ft high wall spaces below each window.
Happy Day to be grateful! Thanks for the tour, I do like the layout and agree with a comment about no tub- washer & dryer in its place. Love the multi use room. I agree about hiding the kitchen...😅 🥶🖤🔔👍🏻🥰
For once a dwelling that seems like a wheelchair bound person could actually live in! Thank you and it's a fairly local company. I am in Northern Virginia!
Hello Kerry, it’s me again I really like these and really enjoyed this video, I grew up in Maryland from age 2-9 my Uncle and Aunt, along with my cousin all lived in a small 2&1 house in Annapolis so this is exciting to say the least 😅! And they are affordable. To be honest I am not a fan of wooden modular homes but I can appreciate the beauty of wood. But can you give me a yes or no answer, do they build a 2&1 or 2&2 unit? And is the foundation built on steel beams or wooden beams? What are the transportation cost to California? Another good video 😊😊
I stay in hotels on the west coast about 50 weeks out of the year and that's why I like the Boxabl @ now 60k but this is a tremendous lay out.. Thanks for sharing
One of them offered me a 3 night stay in the British Virgin Islands and I’d still have points left over… then I have 2 other major chain rewards.. maybe Hawaii again but I’ve gone so much…
It's stunning in looks. Personally, I'd rather sacrifice a little space in the living/bedroom part for a little more kitchen action. There's a lot of space in front of the bed that has no function other than to give that part a spacious feel. I guess in the end it feels too bed-focused. I'd just give up the tub for a better shower and more storage. That didn't look comfortable to me. But the styling is dazzling for sure.
I love tiny homes but a LUXURY 5th wheel is less than 150k usually built better and made to move as well as able to have multiple bedrooms...and 3-5 bedroom brand new 5k square feet homes are around 300k - and up where I live in WA and we have expensive cost of living here. I'm not talking about small towns in the south or rural areas but these prices are the same in TX and Las Vegas as well as FL. These are all 3+ bedrooms fully built to order brand new and includes the land. The prices of tiny homes has always been nonsensical. However...I still love them.
8:48 Hospitality caters to your needs before you know your needs & before you want your needs it’s a choice and yet your serviced as an itinerary style daily duties. Catering as humanitarians. Connect from birth to retirement to transition into another phase of existence.
You can say zones within a space so you don't have to keep repeating the word "spaces". You're welcome. 😅🤑 Like your personality and style of filming. Keep it up!
Walk in 🛀 transition from floor walking down a ramp behind part of tub surroundings. Level entrance yet looking walls on the floor when it’s the inside of the 🛁
I like the design of this one and all the open space. With all the windows where do we put the big TV so we can watch your videos ? I don't want to block the view out the windows. 🤔
Really nice looking! Thanks for trekking out there. Hearing that this business was way out in Hagerstown, MD... I got a kick out of that. Probably a very low cost to do business out there.
Wow. What a great find with this company. Price was a lot less than expected. If the owner could do a line of small family units of 700-1000 sqft place with a bigger kitchen now he would be cookin (yes, I know he doesn’t seem to like cooking)
What type of foundation requried? how is it installed on site? What kind of preparation is need for the land? I check their website and saw nothing about it
