Going to Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu has been the highlight of my travels and was also very emotional for me. Somehow I felt so amazed by what the Incas had achieved and so small in comparison... A truly spiritual experience that I did not expect. Your video made me live through those emotions again .... Thank You! I have to add that I am not Peruvian (Canadian/Chilean here)

One of the best presentations from Machu Picchu i´ve seen, thank you! I have had to hire (mandatory) guides on historical sites in all corners of the world but your guide really did a very good job compared with all the uninterested and "mute" ones. Kudos to him!
We saw you at the Nazca airport a couple weeks ago! We’re Canadians living in Costa Rica who had an amazing vacation to Peru. We’re in Costa Rica another 3-4 years and then plan on becoming full time overlanders. Currently we have a truck and travel trailer back in Canada that we travel North America in for 2-3 months per year. This year heading from Ontario to BC and next year up to Alaska! I thank them too. I am so bloody poor and can’t afford to lie about it. On your journeys I’d be interested in archeological artifacts that are “double dated”, meaning different artifacts dated discussing the same … especially related to astronomical events. The significance of the … we can use software to determine “how and why they dated the artifacts” … in relation to the stars, Sun and Moon. Lots of neat archeological artifacts. I turn 71 in august, partly disabled due to vehicle accident… it’s just the way it is. Pat drive safe
The Inca built on top of a pre-existing structure. You can see the difference in the stonework. Too bad we don't know who built the original structure. Happy birthday. Cheers 🍻

We went at the end of March, right at the end of the rainy season. This is the low season for tourisim due to rain, obviously, but it's cooler and we had zero biting bugs. Other Overlanders who went in summer, got pretty bit up and warned us about bug spray, and mosquito nets, but we had nothing. The guides are all pacing the main (only) street in blue vests so you can choose one to your liking, ours was named Alaín (Al-eye-en). If you go in Feb-Mar, plan to stay in Augas Calientes for a couple nights, that way if you get rain, you can buy tickets for the next morning and try again.
