Sorry but website with templates and plans is now down thanks to hackers and running costs.
In this project we try to make a perfect miniature replica of a Chefs kitchen knife out of a tungsten carbide box cutter. Note - I chose this Tungsten carbide box cutter as my template steel as it had the best quality steel I could find, not because the whole blade is Tungsten Carbide!

Tungsten carbide is too tough of a metal and can only be cut cleanly and with a good enough finish with a 'diamond wheel' or other tools made with diamond. It's very fine on the cutting tools or wheels, nothing crazy. It's mixed amongst other material and not just purely diamond. However, tungsten carbide is by no means magnetic and it seems to snap into the blocks magnet at 7:43 which leads me to believe he's used a different material after the intro of shaping the knife. There's no way to know exactly after that point because the paper is glued over the lettering. Clickbait most likely.
