Great Video!! However, I am wondering how did you come up with the number ₹1.5 CR by multiplying ₹8000 with ₹180? I believe it's an honest mistake and you will revise it accordingly. :)
As an investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
@Logical Baniya he was telling it makes a rough sales of 1.5cr not about the profit. Moreover there is lots of cost for this sales. To sum it up 1.5cr with 20-25% profit per book per year cones out to be me decent income
he 1% Millionaires stay rich by staying off high interest debts and investing passively. Personally i made my first million from having investments that spreads across stocks, etfs, coins and bonds, looking into Nfts .What i can say to early investors is diversification and solid management..at this point I'm actually grateful for my advisor James Fletcher Brennan. it's been great.
Thank you for this tip. it was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on him before scheduling a session with him. he seems proficient considering his résumé
Akshat, I sincerely appreciate the pain you take in building content that can help people live a decent, respectable and financially stress-free life. You are making good use of your knowledge and experience. This is the true spirit of Dharma which we can call by different names. Sarave Bhavantu Sukhinaha, when the world is happy, I am happy. God bless you and best wishes. Please keep enlightening us.
that is reason he asks you to view his video at 1.5 x speed so that you miss the calculation. listen at 0.75 speed and then you can see that he does it on purpose
I am now working with an MNC, But I do mobile repair at home in my free time. I just collect mobiles from local repair shop and fix them. This idea 💡 actually works for me.
Running a business is not easy, but fundamentals are simple: 1. Build/create value 2. Distribute/sell value Combine the necessary ingredients/raw materials to build value. Use the internet and existing channels to distribute value. Stick to the first principles.
All the business models are very nice to tell stories. In ind Air bnb will not be a sucessfull model. 1. Food is cheap people dont want to cook in holiday homes. 2. If a murder, child abuse, or any drugs cought in your flat/ villa god bless you. 3. If couple start fighting in midnight and if police comes to your society at night then your society will not allow for these business activities. You can keep running around courts. Earning few lakhs takes entire life for most of them. Its not as easy as you say Its just a feel good factor.
copied entire video from here : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--12T83gEos0.html&ab_channel=10XINCOME At least have a decency to credit the original creator of video. Have some originality.
nothing special. he also didn't earn that after straight from college. I also make 7 figure income on side but that doesn't mean I am some genius. It's fairly easy to do that considering if you have initial capital to invest from and he had it.
whose working hard with interest money goes to them and make good friends goes to them easily circumferrence also make good and nice keep it up. i am lucky to make member of this gentle men i am a senior citizen.i dont know anythem now little understood. and keep money save. thanks
Sir , please make a video for those who are in their 50s and does not have much idea of investing and want to invest somewhere for better returns . Please guide us with your valuable ideas 🙏
Nice to know that someone is talking about these ideas! I am into selling my skills. Apart from my day job, I teach guitar to people and also freelance as a guitarist for small shows around the city.
Stop following all these... To make money.. create a video and show how to make money and you will earn money... So wake up and go to a job or find a business instead of wasting time on RU-vid 😅
Side income is like financial appetizers - small, but tasty and can hit the spot! Keep hustling and enjoy the extra cash. Who knows, they might turn into the main course one day! 😁 Excellent video Akshat, thanks for sharing 😊
Not well researched, just said what came to his immediate thoughts. These are mostly full time income sources and barely (if at all) counts as side incomes. You make good content, but this one doesn't meet your bar.
An extremely inspiring video. Need more of this nature where you step out of equity/debt investments and add value with alternative sources of income or enterprise
Sorry to say this but these days Akshat is just making videos to earn from youtube and not to actually educate people which sideswipes the sole purpose people have subscribed for. These ideas are near illogical and unviable to carry out. Also, a side income doesn't only mean doing any stuff to make money. It requires an area of interest robust enough to motivate a person to invest his/her hours of leisure. I am really disappointed with the content these days but I hope you will take this into consideration and provide us with insightful content.
For the sake of making money just imagine the kids being raised by listening or reading to Pancnhtantra stories written by ChatGPT? Not sure which parent will buy such books . By reading these ChatGPT written Panchtantra stories the children will loose their thinking power and become more robotic. The Panchtantra stories will loose their charm. I think the real business would be to make a software to identify such books written by Chagpt. We need books written by real writers not AI. I would not be surprised if people is future start demanding labels on books or other items like “ No AI or ChatGPT was used in producing this book”. ( just like how Vegetarian people look for the “ Veg” symbol on the product). Same goes for LinkedIn post. Don’t be surprised if people start questioning in the comment of the LinkedIn posts whether it’s a real post or the one written by AI.
1 - Its clear that you have never read any Panchatantra story. It is a collection of important life lessons in the form of stories. Children have nothing to lose and much to gain from these life lesson stories. 2 - There are plenty of tools to identify AI generated content. And guess what, they make far less money than AI tools that generate content. 3 - Sorry to say but your comment reeks of religious bias. I am quite sure if the books were based on Quran or Islamic scriptures/myths your comment would be different. If this is not the case and I am wrong, make sure you clearly state so.
Very nice ideas. Thank you. But that book idea has insane amount of competition. To reach that 1.5 crore level, they would've spent a lot on advertising. Unless you have some deep pockets, you can't expect that figure....but, yes, children's book publishing is still a good B2C market and its a full time job.
So it is plots, always a plot. Soon prices are bound to increase, as for example if 100 plots were catering to 400 families basis stilt +4, now 133 plots are required by the builders to fulfil same demand all over Haryana 🙏 Serves HSVP revenues right which is the real intention
Smart ways for middle class people to do hussle ... Right now i am learning The One Thing which talks about going narrow to achieve extraordinary results .... Bad timing i guess 😊
Airbnb should not be allowed in Goa for owners who are outsiders who own flat/villa as Goa is smallest state and local hotels will suffer due to Airbnb and also income stream of loca get hampered because of outsiders. There should be some domicile.
It's really a hastle to work for these so called IT companies (especially service based ..... horrible horrible stay away if you can). I think we live in a world where we can learn everything from internet and become professional in that field and do contract/ consulting based jobs.
Sure your calculation is correct but think about it, how many people gives rating on Amazon I think 10% of consumer only give feedback, if ywe consider this than we can roughly round up to 56 lakhs
@Akshat Shrivastava, Nice concepts. Can you please also make a detail video on book writing for amazon publishing. I am sure you cant just write a book in word and just publish it. You need a proper software which can generate output for epub and paperback, then cover design, then how exactly you decide and manage book size, cover size and cover side size and design.
This is pure clickbait. How can one earn 1 crore just spending 15 mins per day doing all this. Also, 1 crore income means a net income after all expenses. This is pure financial misleading of the audience
Bro telling us how to earn 1.5 CR But don't know the basic Calculation (8000*180) Actual way of earning 1.5 cr is RU-vid pe aisi fuduu video banao catchy sa thumbnail rakho Educated lago video mein or logo ko advise do kaise paise kamane. Writer log yeh video dekh ke soch rhe honge hum fuduu baithe hai yahan fuduu hai. Isse jyada fuduu idea meine apni zindagi m nhi suna Or uske upar 8000*180 krke 1.5 crore bol rha hai.
Yes you can buy digital property in India n earn rental income for 10 years. Example: If you buy property worth 10,00000 your monthly rental will be 33,600 for 10 years
Life itna aasaan agar hota , toh har koi Zuckerberg ya Bezos hota. My advice to all who are below 50.. Get a good high paying job.. Work like hell till you are 35.. Invest in good stocks .. Don’t fall into EMI trap.. And live a balanced life . Success doesn’t mean Financially free etc etc… May be some people have achieved FF, it’s almost impossible in real terms. Being active with what u love and having a balanced life is the biggest success.
What you are saying, sir is perfect for video material. Your suggestion is either a very small investment or a very huge investment, but nothing is in between or feasible.
These appear to be simplistic options. Would be interesting to know how much capital we should set aside for each of these options and also associated risks.
Nowadays instead doing any direct business Training, Education, or guide people on you tube or through institute and earn good money is a BIG business itself. I have seen lots of trainers who can't do any business, but they train well to the people. See, Tendulkar never become a good captain or team Manager. Like that giving training and doing business are different thing. Akshat is doing business through training. And obviously that is not wrong at all. All the Best Akshat sir.
so I live in Durgapur and some days before when I was coming back from college ..which is in Raniganj 'TDB' . i travel in train . so i had to took toto back from college and there I met with a toto guy ...who also live in Durgapur and drive toto in Raniganj ...we had some chit-chat and then I asked him how much he makes.. and he told me ..that i have 5 totos (e-ricksaw) 4 in rentals and 1 i drive by myself . The rent was rs 300 a day and he make more than 1000 a day .. after that .. he works on a side hustle too which is as A CAMERA MAN at wedding or whatever .. and here comes the calculation .. he makes more than rRS60000 each month.....
Only 5 % probability to actually implement these things, you have to understand who are those people watching your video, only best about this video is thumbnail.
Rental manager has risk like Banks NPA where if their loan become NPA then entire loan becomes zero. Here rental manager if villa remains vacant then he will lose rent + maintenance which could be his 50-80% of entire year income
Thanks for sharing ideas. On a lighter note, I remembered opening scene of first Jurassic Park movie, where they are trying to find Dino foot prints only to realize they were standing in it!! So we searching for source of extra income have become source of income for Akshath 😂
A great video made with honesty. Really appreciate you Akshat for creating this video and speaking openly about the profits numbers that comes with the business.
Sir, paisa kharch karna bi hai ya next generation ke liye chod kar jaane ka plan hai.... you are earning in crores per month still you don't have any luxury things.... till what point you are gonna compound your money ?
He copied this idea and entire script from a RU-vid channel called 10x your money, search they made same video about writing books and all with chatgpt
10:14 tho video is quite useful for audience but suddenly i remember that you have purchased Nexon but in a picture i think BMW 520d is there again it's not for controversy but explain how 💁🏻😄
81000/- per month 10% of rent hike every year, if you're investing that, even if you get atleast 10% out of that recurring investment (SIP) roughly you'll get make 10 years 2.35cr. more than your cost. Then you'll buy another villa with that .. Wow!! You're a brilliant investor...
Really sad to see such a great content creator telling others to create content using chatGPT rather than working hard, developing their skill and genuinely creating content. Didn't expect this from you Akshat.
Actually, chatGPT gives pretty good answers but we still need to work on top that that. I know top engineers at top companies that are now using chatGPT to write code but they can't use it as is. But of course about politics, chatGPT tries not to be biased but is biased. You can test that by asking the questions slightly differently.
@@stayreasonablestayreasonab8133 bro thats just paraphrasing. Suppose you are using chatGPT to write a book and then making changes to it later like Akshat said. The core thoughts and feelings of the story will still be the same. That is the original content that some people work hard to create. If the AI is doing that for you then what effort are you putting in apart from paraphrasing. Your creativity is dead.
Rishi, if you watch the video closely, I have explained how to use chat GPT to generate initial ideas (something that most people struggle with). That is not called copying. You will still have to fine-tune and use brain.
@@AkshatZayn Hey Akshat, first off, I really like your content and I’m a big fan. Second I haven’t used the word copying anywhere in my comments. Third, what I meant was that simply telling the AI to write a story on your behalf is not hard work. Even if you fine tune it, you would still be using pretty much the same content. You being a content creator should understand how hard it is for people to create original content.
By your logic people also shouldn't use Google, they must go to a library and search for every answer to every question they have? I mean it's not bad to use a tool that has been made to help us, adapt to the technology and change.
Hi Akshat, It was a nice video really appreciate the efforts. I'm not sure which end audience it was intended to. Keeping in mind the point that, we invest lots and lots into education, & in struggling middle carreer life. Investing a part of our time in side-business doesn't make a lot of sense. **That too in cases where it requires our physical presence** Multiple such income streams are very good for people who are not working in Big IT or corporate sectors. Thinking about the long term & even decent investment, could you please make a separate video with more examples like Renting Villa and earning income. RU-vid (where IT professionals can tech or give insights on Technology), Financial influencers, Selling Information etc.
22:37 1. Write books, ghostwrite using chatgpt 2. Be a rental manager 3. Electronics repair 4. Selling hobbies 5. Start a franchise business 6. Sell info (give local tour to tourist)
Please please refrain from giving disclaimers for 30% of the beginning of the video. You sound like old movies which had all the credits in the beginning. You can make a section at the end as to what are cons. Following your videos is like having to deal with a person with ADHD. Please go straight to the point and then the disclaimers.
