Madeleine Albright on Russia after the Cold War: "Bangladesh with Missiles"? 

What was Russia like immediately after the fall of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War? In this interview from the FPA archives, the late former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright shared her original research on Yeltsin's Russia. She said, "I will forget a focus group that we did outside of Moscow, where this man stood up and said, 'I'm so embarrassed. We used to be a superpower, and now we're Bangladesh with missiles."
