Christopher O'Neil first lost it when he saw the "children's Princess" march through a crowd that included children she has helped. He then lost it again when Peter Joback sang "The first time ever I saw your face". His five half-sisters, who he really admires, probably warned him that this was going to be a very intimate and romantic ceremony.
***{ Boy .. !! does Christopher ever loves her .. Madeleine is probably the most beautiful princess ever .. ( He is more demonstrative .. she is reserved because she's shy ..a winning combination ) Long Life to this AMAZING COUPLE 😘 .. 💕.. 💕.. }***
I just had to watch this again. Truly wonderful. Hope the bride and groom watch it too and remember their beautiful day. They are one couple l'd enjoy meeting, discover how their life as a couple has advanced their live work.
She married a successful man whose hobby is cooking. His cooking skills are comparable to the culinary skills of Pippa Middleton and the Parisian Princess Marie of Denmark.
Princess Madeleine's beauty is enhanced by the beauty of Christopher O'Neill's five half sisters who all got front row seats. Those who were married were loaned diamond tiaras by the Queen of Sweden.
Wouw, just beautiful!! Your so hansome chris and your bride madelaine is just wouw. Wishing you both every happiness. Wherever you go..whatever you do..may your luck angels follow yous..or the luck of the Irish..😉 From an irish girl livin in denmark.😘
This spectacular Royal wedding highlights children which are purpose of weddings as well as the years of social work the bride and her mother did with abused and neglected children in both Sweden and New York City.
Oh dear, his look when she enters with the king...😲😯🙊 Everything you need to know about whether a "true man" can cope emotion his in Chris O'Neill's eyes! 😢 ☺
It's a very beautiful song. It's the traditional wedding march of Gotland, the island right in the middle of the Baltic Sea. This march has been around for probably hundreds of years and we don't know who the author was. It's a pity though, that they didn't teach the children the lyrics of the song, because the lyrics are in Gotlandic and would certainly have raised a few Swedish eyebrows, as it's a language that mainland Swedish people have no idea that it even exists!
It was the perfect melody for the children to salute the bridal couple and her parents, the King and Queen. The wedding ceremony was bright and charming, start to finish.
Ok this was some years ago now, but her dress is absolutely exquisite. She looks so beautiful in it, truly breathtaking. And to have all those children involved, fantastic. Is that usual?
From what I understand, it's something about the charities of which she is a patroness/ambassador. She is very involved with children's wellbeing. I remember that she meets with children through the "Make A Wish" foundation and such. The children represent her work; and maybe they are some of those she helped. :-) See how emotionally moved her husband looked when they walked in? :-)
@@thekingsdaughter4233 yes l noticed. 'Make a Wish' is wonderful. I would have loved to be there when the children walked in. Plenty of tissues and wonderful memories of a beautiful day. Thank you for your kind comment.
After her work with the World Childhood Foundation, the Swedish Make a Wish Foundation and New York's Child Protective Services the beautiful Princess Madeline had earned the title of "The Childrens' Princess" by the time of her wedding.
¡Qué gran regalo para los niños: incluírlos en esta Ceremonia especial y magnífica! ¡Qué extraordinaria mujer es la Princesa Magdalena de Suecia! ¡Qué detalle ejemplar!
Waaaaay more stiff and nervous than Prince Carl Philip and Princess Victorias wedding whose weddings were SO romantic, so beautiful and a pure joy to watch!
Why.... in this modern day and age people marry more for love and not what should be. They are very much in love - even today with 3 beautiful childten.
Madeleine was too much for William... she has a strong character. Kate is as mellow as much as you can get. Marring for love doesn’t work out very well either
@ce collie look at all the divorces. How many of these couples "married for love" back when? So "love" isn't a guarantee for "happily ever after, till death do us part". That's all.
Ettibridget No we dont. In this case with the royal family its a tradition and one reason is that the king follow his children since the other one isnt royal yet. In this case Chris was not royal when he walked out either
I understand CP Victoria wanted it to be a signal that her father the king fully approves of the match. Yet she had to be "an example" as a modern young "career" woman and a future queen regnant. Most people have romantic ideas for their weddings... :-(
Raquel Donaire Because the Lutherans in the Nordic countries never lost the liturgical traditions during the Reformations. On the surface there is a great deal of similarities.
