Madeline Brewer stars alongside Elisabeth Moss in Hulu’s Emmy Award and Golden Globe-winning series “The Handmaid’s Tale” based on the best-selling novel by Margaret Atwood. The second season of the show has focused on Offred’s pregnancy and her ongoing fight to free her future child from the dystopian horrors of Gilead. Brewster took the BUILD stage to talk about the hit series.

I never cared that much for her character on the HMT but I just saw the 8th episode of season 2 and when she was singing to the baby I almost cried. One of my favorite scenes from the show. Her voice was so sweet and she seem so natural with that baby. I could feel the bond ❤️

Jeanine is way more interesting than Emily, despite all the horrible things that have happened to her and her mental instability she still has her sense of humor and tells it like it is. She is refreshing in a sea of gloom and doom, loved it when she told off the guard.
