This is the episode with Jay-Z, and i watched the episode and i was really taken back by this performance. I think Madison Ward is extremely talented - she's probably one of the best singers i've ever heard. Madison Ward seems incredible, and im absolutely in love with this song.

This song hit different when you been there. That first verse though. “You took my heart and gave it a home. We made it through the aching parts and I gave you my soul. Oh we tried to kill the pain and heal these scars. But now love has had its say and we’re moving apart😢. All I can say is never again. That type of love changes a man permanately.

I felt this so deep... currently going through a really bad break up. Most days I want to just sleep, but life goes on. When you love someone with everything in you and they just walk away after cheating and playing victim at the same time. This is a pain I hope to never experience again. I miss him 😭💔😭💔 because I still love, even when I may look like a fool. I know this chapter has to stay closed and God has something greater ahead. We the brokenhearted will get through this, stay strong and have faith.

@@MsJokerboy2010 I catch myself thinking about her all the time. At times I pass her in the store or something in this small town I stay in. I just go on about my business and let it go or just block it out my mind. I don’t even try and talk because that love hurt so much I don’t ever want to go back. I just let it go and go on. That’s a love and a place I never want to be again. I have given up completely I’m done with everything. That love hurt to bad. As you said god has something in store but as for me I just can’t even try it no more I’m done. Love is not for me no more. But you stay strong as well god bliss I feel your pain.😢

@@MrCriss-qb3td I wish I had your strength. One day at a time. I went NC for 3 weeks and failed. I felt so bad for making progress just to allow him to break me again. I will eventually get there, this is month 2 since breaking up. He reached out yesterday saying how he feels we need to start back communicating, replying to each other sooner and more frequently. I haven't replied. I'm currently in a battle between my mind and my heart. I'm exhausted, I'm just praying for strength to find and love myself again. As for love, it's out there for everyone. Never let someone make you feel like you don't deserve it. It's just not our time. Sometimes no matter how bad we want something, it's just not meant for us. Accepting change is really hard but it's also a constant part of life. Time and patience, true love will find you when it's time. I'm learning this too.

I went through days where I’ll admit I did think about her still to this day at times I do but end of the day I also made my mind up and said I’ll never go back to her again. There’s not a chance in hell. I’m gonna just do me for a while and your right there’s a love for everyone but for me love is not it no more. I gotta stand behind what I said I’m done. If it comes my way fine. I’ll take friends over dating anyday but I’ll never date again. But also I say to you once you make your mind up and completely let that go in the end you will feel two times better. Trust me no stress no pain.”, no one to tell you what you can and can’t do. But most of all go and do as you please. Been three months since she left and I must say I feel great just doing me. Keep your head up and always remember you deserve better. Trust me.

I remember watching this interview, the conversation was getting dry, and I nodded off. I was actually dreaming about something. The tail end of her singing woke me all the way up. Had to go back and watch it a few times. That Voice..... Often the most talented singers aren't as successful, not sure why. Maybe it's production or song choices...I'm not sure, but I can listen to her all day.

She’s absolutely amazing! My daughter introduced me to her music on a recent road trip to AZ from Wash state. Since then she’s been on repeat in my car, phone and everywhere else i play music. The girl has got soul in that voice. Can’t wait for all the good music she’s going to create.
