A lot of questions being asked regarding Chas, as to whether the band miss him, or in fact if he is missed by the fans and within the music. I think that within this new album Chas is there due to some of the songs being recently finished works that were shelved way back in the day (this is was clarified by Chrissy Boy when asked the question by myself). I do myself believe that Chas will come back to the band when he has come to terms with personal issues within his family structure, and when he does we will all give him the standing ovation he so truly deserves...
I'll be in the first row for the standing ovations :-) I do understand Chas' need for getting out his solo album to deal with his family issues, but the separation from his wife was 11 years ago, I think it's time to get over it and rejoin the band. If you do read this, Chas, please come back soon.
No he is definitely not missed, you must remember he was seeing a band members wife, they all rightfully turned on him after that, also he was the least talented out of the bunch, and yet wanted the fame suggs got, so he is not missed.
@@thehomefront1905 Are you out of your mind? Of course he's missed , by the band and the fans! He's an integral part of the band , a perfect harmonizer for Suggs and a fantastic musician. He can play , to name a few , Trumpet , Guitar , Piano and numerous percussion instruments. He's a fantastic dancer and stage presence.
@@leegardiner7916 Lee my friend you are forgetting that he was sleeping with other band members wifes, this is why they don't want him back, they kicked his ass out, it doesn't matter that he can dance, all the fans in the audience can dance, the guys a creep and it's all caught up with him.
Chas has always been the most underestimated member of Madness and I guess they never thought they'd need him that much. Without him Madness is just Sadness. The magic just doesn't work without him. Chas, please come back, we miss you.
Chas was himself who decided to leave for an indefinite period after their marital separation. When he wants it back, madness is his family. but anyway sorry, this new album is much better than Oui oui si si..
