I miss Madonna’s old singing voice, it wasn’t perfect but it was raw and had emotion. After her vocal training for Evita she lost a little of that magic, I still love her music after that era though. Fan for life!!!
Agreed. There's just no more grit or growl anymore. Her vocals of Everybody in the Girlie Show is a perfect example worthy of a belter back in the day..
That's not grit or growl lol, it's just bad and she's the first to admit she can't sing. What is grit is how she forged a 40 year career at the top of the charts despite being mocked by the media relentlessly, sometimes slaughtered by it.. And they're still at it over her surgery (and no doubt "fans" are moaning about it too.) She'll only be fully appreciated when she's gone.. She's too dangerous.
@@gypsylee73 Madonna CAN sing, that's why she's the best-selling recording female artist of all time. She doesn't needs to belt. She always adjusted her vocals to the songs meaning and to the genre
WTW Tour was 100% live singing along choreography except for the ballads Live To Tell and The Look of Love. It was made in 1987, stadiums with big audiences, and the sound technics were not as today's
I have never realized how beautiful the choreography during the bridge was. So passionate, so intense. And both Madonna and the dancer performed it flawlessly.
Madonna never fails to deliver the perfect show. It's physically impossible for her to produce a bad song or show. The choreography and everything about this is perfect.
She looks very inocent (yes in many ways) and she was back then more inocent and very sweet in many aspects. She was new, and still learning the "how to". Here without the super production of that she has now, and her voice is not great here, but still she was and had and still has something very especial, and with or without a big production she always fills the stage. It's very interesting be seeing how she has changed through her career, and how the self showbiz, medium has changed her. I think she definitely has conquered the world, it was her dream and goal, she must be very very proud of her career. Love her.
Absolutely right, she was a very young madonna here and at her best physically and mentally. So fresh and happy, loved this concert I attended twice in London an experience I'll never forget. ❤️
That was awesome! I love this song and Madonna is totally feelin' it at this event. And me too! 😍 La Isla Bonita is one of my favorite songs! Timeless!
Un exposición magnífica. Y bellísima composición. Trae consigo., magia y suma expectación, traslada al espectador consigo....... Huyyyyy. Maravillosa exposición .-
The great music Renaissance of the 1980s. Great music and great time growing up in America. Wishing and Praying for Melody and Harmony on all the future kids.
fuck, i'd love to go back to the 2000s (I know this video has nothing to do with that date, just wanted to say what was in my heart). Maybe I'd give up 20 years of my future life to go back 20 years.
This song should be like an anthem for Mexico, because practically, it is as if they had dedicated this whole song to the whole country. greetings!
