Just wanna add that Janet is touring and still can dance although she's a bit overweight and not the Janet I remember. But she's several years younger than Madonna. Anyway, Janet does take a new approach now that she's older and not slim like she used to be.
the fact that you made this comment in the first place tells me you have no idea who Madonna really is. She will never retire. She doesn't see her "legacy". Unlike other artist who NEED to be recognized for their perceived "legacy", Madonna does not. And she isn't close to retiring, even at 65. And if she looks exhausted, it's not from performing. It's probably from dealing with critics like you, since day one of her career. From being called a tart, talentless, a one-hit-wonder who will fade quickly, a slut, a whore, old, the devil, and much much more.
