A cocktail of botanicals,plus a high price point,would make it a no-no for me . Been getting excellent results with the Be Minimalist Alpha Arbutin… first product I’ve used from them and I’m very impressed.

Great review Sarah. Goodness, that’s long ing list with very few ing’s to Tx.hyperpigmentation. I love using hydroquinone 4%. I just started back using it after 1 month off. I e got to order another tube. Do you have any rec Views on in home Peels? I’m really wanting to do the TCA PLATNUIM PEEL. what are your thoughts?

Hi Sarah, You look stunning here (but you’re beautiful everyday)! You mentioned it would’ve been nice if this had TXA in it. Curious if you’ve found a serum with TXA, kojic acid and resveratrol or at least two of those? I They are in subscription-based Agency’s Dark Spot formula with hydroquinone but I’m not loving that co’s prices for compounded monthly creams. If you had to pick just one or two products responsible for your gorgeous, bright skin, what would they be? Once I turned 50, I lost the glow & have been chasing it for last two years. 20% Vit C & E Ferulic, Tretinoin, 15% AzA gel, SPF, various serums. Ready to try red light masks as nothing is working & I stay indoors so I’m getting no sun exposure. Go figure.

And wich one do you recommend that is effective for melasma . I am on a break from hydroquinone. I used this and it doesn’t do anything on my melasma it is super hydrating but nothing else. I even used it under tretinoin and nothing

Hi Sarah, I wasn't aware of this serum, most ppl talk about their retinal serum, I had a terrible reaction the other day after washing my hands at a relative home, their hand soap had Methylisothiazolinone my hands were so red after and it took days to heal. I would love a video of the product that freaked your skin out, I know u mentioned long time ago Freck beauty really irritated ur skin, maybe another video about the risks of using Methylisothiazolinone and products to avoid, I'm still traumatised lol😅

I aways wanted to try this, but the number of extracts stopped me. I have really sensitive skin. I tried their two new creams, and both caused redness. I sent them back.

I think you made the right call, this serum has a lot of ingredients that have the potential to cause irritation and make skin more red and irritated than it could help. Kind of a bummer because I know they could have made this really wonderful and effective!
