I use loads of aluminium grease ( I use a 1” paint brush) and BZP bolts , better than copperslip or copper grease

Credit card payment is a must i think on stuff like this. If they renege on their side of the deal, you always have the credit card company to back you up. The driver does not want to come to Scotland?? That was bloody hilarious 😁

Maer have been great to deal with in my experience.. 2 chassis and one bulkhead but unlike you I’ve never been desperate for delivery..

Why not use cad plated or galvanized fasteners? I wouldn’t fill up a steel chassis with stainless steel fasteners. Never. Dissimilar metals and all.
