A lot happens in the moment tho. Someone dying to scuff with a hot gun and getting 300k and 300 hours should never happen. It has led to all this and the whole point is that it should be a game. Less insane penalties and so much more could go on without all these politics and legal battles

Did you forget that a few days ago Mr.K and Dundee literally roleplayed how cops treat criminals in the cells when BBMC kidnapped Beric, and Beric proceeded to ignore all of that and not explain any of those points to his officers during the debrief. All of his subordinates asking him why he was kidnapped, and he responds by saying that they had no reason why. What do you expect Whippy to do? The criminals have tried over, and over and over again to teach the cops how their actions are bad and the cops refuse to listen. Can you really blame him for metaing these reasons. Especially since he did have an explanation for why its not meta, referencing his time as a criminal defense lawyer and seeing all of the mistakes cops and judges make. You know the server is in a pretty sad state when you've got like 10 criminals that have created a cop just to try and fix the situation from the inside. Those criminals on a cop are not even using meta, and they still get stonewalled by their fellow officers as it seems like most of the cops are actively using meta to assume bias in every interaction they have. Just look at how they assume most civilians are criminals with zero evidence to back it up other than the fact that they saw a civilian talk to a known criminal one time. Conan Clarkson gets on the server to help lead the cops into more effectively stopping crime, and immediately gets dapped and roadblocked by command members because they assume he is up to no good as a criminal main. Meanwhile, the cops without a criminal character never get punished and can break a citizen's rights in front of a high command member and not even get talked to. When its blatant like the case with Den Sheisty, they somehow find a reason to promote him at a panel created to fire him, despite multiple high ranking officers speaking out and disagreeing with the decision high command was trying to make. Just think about that. They sided with protecting a PPO over their own Lieutenant. The entire purpose of the PPO rank is to make it easy to fire bad officers, its literally in the name, Probationary Police Officer.
