Medicom does include guns with most figures, but they often don't for DC and Marvel so most of us assume it's the license holders asking them not to include them. For example a Mafex John Wick is due out this month and he's loaded with weapons, and all of their Terminator figures have guns.

5:48 Looking at the patterns on the sheaths, they appear to be the same except facing different directions. So I think the top knife is meant to sheathe with the other side up, similar to the Hot Toys figure. Even though in the movie they were sheathed like how you did it.

Man these figures look absolutely beautiful when paired together. A bummer that it doesn’t come with any weapons though. And as far as the scaling goes, they seem fine to me. I’ve always thought of Tony being a tad bit shorter than Cap. And Spider-Man to be even shorter than Tony. So I feel like they scale pretty good.

Marvel Legends Winter Soldier Figure looks better.

First Avenger Cap is also gonna have the big ball joint elbows and they look ugly. Hope to see you recreate the WS concept art image of Bucky grabbing the shield of a charging Steve when you review the Mafex 220 Cap. 15:10 For Bucky's punching pose, IMO it would look better if you have his right leg forward and the left leg back, and turn at the diaphragm or waist.

There's a number of sites you can check out. BBTS sometimes will have "Little Armory" kits if you are looking for customs. I picked up the Makarov and Tokarev for a Spalko figure I am working on from Indy and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Highly recommend checking out Grid Iron Studio and Black Ops Toys as well as Monkey Depot. Internet Movie Firearms Database has an extensive list of what firearms appear in various Films. The shield agents like Rumlow and Maria Hill use Glock 19's. Natasha Romanov uses a pair of Glock 26's. Sharon Carter uses a FNP-45 Winter Soldier uses a variety of weapons including... SIG-Sauer P220ST .45 ACP COP .357 Derringer Intratec TEC .38 Special CZ Vz 61 E Scorpion M4A1 fitted with M203PI Grenade launcher Milkor MGL Grenade Launcher These are used in different scenes. But the ones that would likely be most desired are the SIG Sauer .45 ACP (seen on his left thigh iirc). The COP .357 Derringer and Intratec TEC .38 are worn on the other thigh I believe. The CZ Vz 61 E. Scorpion is what he'd use on his back. HiPlay has some 1/12 guns on Amazon. Looks like an assortment for $23 or so. You could probably fudge the guns a bit if you couldn't find an exact match/model. Ebay has a 1/12 scale scorpion. If you wanted to stick it to his back? You could get some craft putty (Sticky tac) create a little dot and stick it to his back.
