Gameplay changes:
- Crime and Police AI Rebalance
Minor offenses - speeding, running a red light, car accidents, carrying weapons for a short time, tresspassing, harassing pedestrians, breaking car windows, stealing vehicles, reckless driving, sidewalk driving, etc.
Major offenses - carrying weapons for longer duration, shooting weapons, aiming gun at police, performing takedowns, killing npcs
There are five levels of being wanted by the police.
Level 1 - One-officer police patrol units
Level 2 - Multiple police patrol units will open fire on Lincoln. However, they won't be shooting from their cars.
Level 3 to 5 -The police will make any attempt to stop Lincoln, including ramming or shooting at his vehicle.
- No health regeneration
- More visible gunshot wounds
- Rebalanced weapons stats
- Lincoln deals more damage to NPCs
- Rebalanced difficulty settings
- The voice of the dispatcher disabled
- Bullet smoke trails removed
- Non-brutal pedestrian melee takedowns
- Random enemy patrols (dixie, klan, Marcano's enforcers)
- Random ally patrols (haitian, irish, Vito's enforcers)
- Auto aim while in a vehicle disabled
HUD changes:
* White dot reticle (all weapons)
* No radar, health bar and player's inventory
* The game displays the player's health by the amount of blood splatters on screen
