Enseñamos un estilo moderno (fundado en 1959) basado en jujutsu tradicional llamado Jukido Jujutsu. Es un sistema completo de jujutsu basado en la autodefensa. Los aspectos principales incluyen técnicas de golpe (atemi-waza), técnicas de lanzamiento (nage-waza), técnicas de agarre (katame-waza), autodefensa contra ataques violentos comunes (incluyendo armas, etc.) y el componente filosófico. Absolutely, sparring (at various levels of intensity and various modalities of sparring) is an essential part of our practice. Most commonly it is randori (judo / jujitsu style sparring) but not exclusively. In broad strokes we have three categories of training: pre-arranged, semi-free, and freestyle (sparring). All serve a purpose and help achieve a nice balance between solid fundamentals, improvisation, and pressure testing.

While Seagal had a ponytail in his early years, I don't recall him having an undercut style ponytail. But maybe I'm wrong and just not into fashion and hair trends of Hollywood to closely. Nonetheless, I'm glad you like the channel. Thanks for the support.
