Iirc the reason Great Tusk and Ribombee are banned is because of their usage in Ubers; they get used enough in regular Ubers that they're illegal for Ubers UU, despite being legal in OU. Skeledirge had this problem due to being used in regular Ubers to check Zacian crowned.

One pokemon I've been having fun with is levanny. For starters its faster than every other sticky web user, and it can run some nice support moves to compliment it like knock off an switcheroo. I personally run scarf levanny with switcheroo, and knock off to annoy the piss out of my opponent and hopefully ruin one of their defensive checks.
