Frank Klepacki is a world renown video game composer and musician, most famous for his Command & Conquer soundtracks. His song “Hell March” is regarded as one of the top video game themes of all time. The Tiberian Sons are no strangers to MAGFest, specializing in performing their brutally impressive signature arrangements of various video game themes. @@magfest Another addition: "Full Stop" should probably be indicated as "Full Stop (Warfare)"; C&C 1 had a bunch of tracks that used a different name on the in-game playlist than the names Frank gave them. The actual names were used internally though, and on the game's soundtrack CD.

I'm probably going to have to paste this all over this comments section, but eh... People always seem to conveniently ignore the fact WW _sold itself to EA_ after they were nearing bankruptcy due to some failed projects. Yea, EA didn't handle its takeovers well, but still, without them, WW would probably have died _anyway._

@@Nyerguds You're confusing the publisher Virgin Interactive with Westwood Studios. Virgin was bleeding money in the mid 90s, while Westwood had just released Command and Conquer, Red alert and Blade Runner. That's why they were sold, they were a hugely profitable asset.

@@cycadaacolyte6349 I'm not talking about that era. After RA2, WW had a bunch of failed projects, like Earth & Beyond, and a load more internal cancelled ones, and was having a lot of trouble staying afloat. _That_ is when they sold themselves to EA.

Imagine a twelve-years old kid watching the installation sequence and then seeing the game for the first time. It felt so realistic and so advanced. The world changed by Tiberium was so fascinating and one could only imagine, how it is like. And finally, after seeing Al-Qaeda and ISIS, I felt that the game was in some ways very prophetic in its depiction of advanced terrorist structures.

the crowd actually continued to chant "peace through power" after Kane's appearance at 46:00 but you can't hear anything from the crowd on this recording. Check out the upload from the Tiberian Sons' channel here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-i-ArbE0bEQQ.html it includes the audio of the crowd, and especially the chanting at said part, they do it for quite some time actually.

Actually, the audiance was losing their minds. But the feed cuts off the crowd noise to make the stage clearer for streams. Still coukd have used another enthusiastic fan though :)

So much epic in one video that I can't even... actually had the honor to speak with Frank Klepacki ages ago, great guy - and it's hard not to fanboy as all hell when he's created so many awesome moments throughout ones youth. Act on Instinct, Full Stop, No Mercy and Hell March... I imagine the Dune 2 soundtrack would be a bit more difficult to do on conventional instruments, but I'd damn well pay to see and hear that too. TB, I hope you hear this show, wherever you are.

Even Dune 2 OST was brilliant. Still listening to it as it has its own, very unique style and touches me everytime. Loved playing it as a kid. Even though my mum should still be mad for having to hear "warning - enemy units apporaching" and a loooooooot of battle sounds while making lunch, lul

Frank's keyboard only seems to come online in the third song, you notice it most at the start of Prepare for Battle where you can hear something is missing, but man I love this video. I love C&C music.

We noticed this too, and they were also missing on our recorded files. Likely a gain issue before the signal ever got to us, and unfortunately we can't recover it.

I do not care if there are some problems with the quality of the audio or video or that the musicians stumbled a few times here and there. This is the only classic C&C based, Klepacki involved concert in existence so I will take it with all its flaws (which are so few that they are practically nonexistent).

I sincerely hope this hasn't been the last performance of this kind. Watching this is like a childhood dream coming true, I always dreamt about the oldskool C&C tracks being live performed. Thank you for uploading this whole gig! What would have made it beyond perfect would have been a performance of Pharotek from Tiberian Sun with co-composer Jarrid Mendelson suddenly coming to the stage, playing keys. :D
