@@archismitabiswas8977 yeah kinda but i do prefer the soya sauce lesser than the stated amount. it may overpower the flavour. overall it did tatse good .
this was absolutely amazing!! i just tried it and it tasted SOOO GOOD!! who knew you could make ramen from desi maggi lol also i used sausages instead of mushroom but it still tasted hellaaa good 10/10 MUST TRY
SO DID U FOLLOW THE EXACT SAME STEPS FOR THE SAUCAGES????? AND DID U JUST CUT AND PUT THE SAUSAGES IN OR U COOKED THEM OR SOMETHING??????PLS REPLY 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺😌😌😌😌😌
You can make Ramen with maggie. You just have to boil maggie first just like ramen is boiled and drain the water. Than add your own choice of broth ( make broth with maggie masala and veggies etc) . Generally people tend to overcook maggie, it just takes 2mins for the noodles to be cooked
@@kandarpbhardwaj3490 hii yeah i did the same steps like exactly but i realised the sausages had started to stick even though i put oil so i suggest you just defrost them
Finally my weeb soul can make peace with a maggie packet. I've seen so many people using other noodles and various masalas and I've so happy I came across this. As someone who cooks well I'm happy I stumbled upon your channel.
I also add carrots, peas and instead of boiling the egg seperately, I add it in the boiling pot of noodles. It tastes like heaven, especially with a beautiful novel on a rainy day.
@@nischayyadav1982If you ask about the eggs - break the eggs and put them, one by one, DIRECTLY into the boiling sauce and cover with a lid (if you have one) for a few minutes. If you want them whole,do not mix in the food until you notice that the eggs have coagulated. If you mix before, they will spread, that's all... the taste will be the same 🤷 With love from Romania🇷🇴, Europe 😚.
1. I'd boil my egg first so as not to let my noodles turn even the tiniest bit soggy 2. I'm an ardent Kdrama fan so instead of Sriracha sauce ,I'd opt for Gochujang. That's just my sole opinion though. It's actually "to each their own ". Will try this tomorrow 😋😁
Guys believe me....I tried it....and it was just awesome❤❤❤out of the world...I was craving ramen really bad after my tennis practice, but didn't seem to have one... that's when I came across this video and decided to give it a try....like seriously!!!!..give it a shot guys ....it will come out awesome.... Tbh I really liked the texture of the egg(boiled 6 mins and then cold water) Absolutely loved this recipe ❤❤❤...and I am pretty sure I will make it again 😊
I am gonna be honest. It looks pretty good, might even taste good but by far any means this is not ramen. It's just a marketing strategy. Yes if you say it's a good noodle soup I might agree but it's not ramen. Ramen has five main components: 1. Tare- Japanese for sauce 2. Broth- mostly(literally every time) made from pork bone 3. Noodles- It is made separately and is then assembled before servinng 4. Toppings- Seaweed, soft boiled eggs marinated in soy sauce, things differ from ramen to ramen 5. Aroma Oil- Like Chilli oil
Wonderful, just a suggestion Maggi and such packed Noodles have very high sodium and it's very harmful for health esp for people with BP, you should come up with a video on making noodles.at home. It's my favourite dish and due to BP I learnt making Noodles at home, I wish you come out in future with Making noodles at home video.
I liked it ...I tried ramen myself but not with Maggie.....I will try this one 🤣..... Maggie masala I never thought it will also be used in ramen......I hope Naruto will like it ❤️
The maggie noodles needs to be cooked for just 2 mins guys. You can prepare the broth using maggie masala add chilli powder soya sauce some veggies chicken masala etc . Drain the noodles, place it in a bowl pour the soup and dress it with an 7 mins cooked egg( the kind of egg you find in ramen) .
@@ranjitadutta3854 that is true, but the purpose of this comment line was that the initial person mentioned that it isn't ramen, it's just noodles built using Maggi seasoning and soya sauce. Please look into actual ramen recipes and see the ingredients and how complex the soup is being made. Sure we can eat this but Making ramen from scratch is also possible in India

Not-so-Fun Fact: If you make maggi in any way but than add that packet of tastemaker that comes with it...All the recipe tastes the same even though it will look different. . I love and hate that tastemaker sachet.
Actually it doesn't always.. Take some garlic cloves and cut it into small pieces. Add Maggi masala, oregano and chilli flakes and mix all the masalas and garlic pieces together. Heat some oil in a pan (well I took the same oil where I had fried some paneer pieces to go with my Maggi ) and add the heated up oil into the garlic-masala mixture. The oil will cause them to become fried to some extent , and release the yum flavours. Add soya sauce and mix well with that. You'll see the color is totally different. Add boiled Maggi into the mixture of somewhat fried garlic-masala mixture that's so much flavourful now, and mix well so that noodles are covered with the mixture totally. Be careful to mix thoroughly as concentrated masala in any part of the noddles may be too much flavourful to cherish. Enjoy! It's gonna taste and look entirely different (almost like typical Korean noodles). I got the idea of doing this from someone who's making chilli oil. Even I was amazed at how good my experiment tasted!
@@chandrayeedey7462 I will recommend you eat the same dish without putting that tastemaker but some other spices..I am 100% sure it will taste new and better.. (Also I have eaten so many packets of Maggi that...I would prefer maggi without the tastemaker. The recipe you said..I can try..but personally I will avoid the tastemaker.. because its just the same thing again again.)
Broooooo. I tried it!! It's legit and worth it. Bro it was suppppeeerr freakin good. Only with some extra butter, garlic sauce, oniom mince and milk powder takes it to god level!
This is not ramen, ramen broth takes hours to make and is usually made with bones, aromatics, meats etc. This is just maggi with soya sauce which is plated fancy. The maggi looks delicious but it's definitely not ramen.
Exactly, simply putting maggi in a bowl doesnt make it ramen. If you want to eat ramen invest 8 hours of cooking, cherishing every step and make yourself a nice bowl of shoyu ramen. That, according to me is a weekend well spent.
@@himanisingh9072 you must be out of your mind. Is Maggie pulled? Also where is the broth? From when did they start cooking the noodles in the broth itself. This is nothing but overcomplicated Maggie or you could also call it a "pathetic excuse for ramen"
Maggie got expensive after Covid, Mushroom among the costliest food items, this cannot make to my daily healthy habits due to price factors. Rich woman's healthy food. Good luck sharing with right friends!! ❤❤
A bowl of ramen consist of 3 things. 1) Noodles 2) Fish or Pork Broth & Taare 3) Toppings, which includes Chashu (Pork belly), Nori (Sea weed) and other things. This is just a plain bowl of Maggi with Soya souce and sauted Mashroom.
