Add whatever he is saying, pressure cook it with half the water for 3-5 whistles. Then use that broth and add water accordingly later. Secondly, all the boiled veg you can use it for topping up your ramen.
I miss the old video format when there used to be subtitles in the video itself, now there isn't even captions. For Hearing Impaired like me this is a problem. Really love your recipes, please do old format of subtitles in the video itself.
Yes there's should be captions to the video Well the current videos are great as there's more details and instructions Earlier were quick and fast As my mom is not very good with reading and operating RU-vid this format is perfect Hope yfl team adds captions to the video
Sir , you used black paper , in every thing if we Indians living already in heat weather it does not suit for health it will lead body to heat , nose bleed or pimples, even heat in tummy , also added chilly oil hard to digest , so your usul that other cuisine in Indian at home does not help heath . Just take care for internal health of viewers also
I tried this recipe today and it was so good! I've tried several of your recipes over the last few months and they've all turned out to be a big hit with my family. Thank you so much for sharing these recipes with such attention to detail!
Read 'vegan..' and clicked the same second. Also, raw noodles are traditionally vegan in many parts of the world. Loved the veg broth. I am transitioning vegan so highly appreciate this video. Love how more and more plant-based recipes are coming up on social media platforms. Just type vegan something on youtube and a long list of videos show up from all over the world ❤️🌍
The recipe for vegetable broth is outstanding! It’s deeply flavored, complex, and has great color and aroma. And of course, it tastes amazing. I use it for everything now, from simple soups to elaborate meals that require long braising time. I’m going to make your ramen too, since everyone in my family is a fan. Thanks for a winner.
Tried the recipe almost in a text book way, used MSG instead Shittaki Mushrooms, and used japanese Whole wheat noodles The broth had an amazing Umami flavour, chili oil has fabulous and flavourful, overall it came out really nice. It was a long process, took over 2 hours, but was very nice fun and learning experience. Thanks so much Sanjyot 🙏😄
Finally it's here but still not sure if Uncle Roger is gonna like this recipe or not. Personally I really want him to react on this recipe because YFL is one of the best cooking channel in my opinion
I think my recipe is better...step1)Buy a packet of ramen noodles for 10rs 2)boil 2 and half cup of water 3)add ramen and masala 4)wait for 2-3min (remember to stir) You get a delicious cup of noodles
i love the way you give detailed info in every recipe along with alluring presentation, even someone who doesn't like cooking will get encouraged to cook.. absolutely wonderful 👍 what a chef you're❤❤ pls bring more Korean recipes 💜
Yeppie noodles ka jo he wo accha he. Masala save kar lena. And for thin noodles. Shemai is the best of option :| i make soyabean chunks noodles with shemai. Lamba wala lena. (Ghee/dalda me fry kia hua nahi) And instead of saiitake i use a local mushroom which looks like flower. I dry the whole mushroom then use it to make mushroom broth. And i make my special hot mango pickle chili oil. It's basically a mixture of chili oil with a simplified mango pickle. And i use a little bit garlic oil/olive pickle/lemon pickle. I do have green chili pickles as well. I love to mix more than 1 type of flavoured oil. I like tofu but i use all kind of tofu like (masur daal ka tofu, soya beans tofu, kablichana wala tofu, moong daal wala tofu and wo green tarka ka daal wala tofu @_@. 😅.
I have been searching for a gd vegan ramen recipe since ages. Seeing it in my fav cooking channel has made my day. Thanks chef... It looks delicious ...gonna make it soon.
Just say Vegetarian, No need for Vegan in India. No need to follow west on EVERY Damn thing. They are lactose intolerant we are not. Can focus on improving Cows/Buffaloes living conditions in farms just like how we do with farmers. If we focus on right direction we'll eventually succeed.
@@YourFoodLab very few chefs inspire me to actually do come cooking and you are one of them :) plus I always LOVE the insights you give out with every recipe....few chefs are doing that brother :)
I turned vegan 2 years ago. I have been following your recipies and using vegan alternatives. But a dedicated video for vegan food is❤️ Please make more vegan food videos or suggest vegan alternatives for ingrediants in other recipies😭❤️

Murga bakra machli paya khatey ho banatey ho aur aaj vegan day celebrate kar rahe ho. Koi idea hai VEGAN ka matlab kya hai uske aas pass bhi ho tum . Non veg khana aur banana dono gandi baat dono paap aur kukaram hai . Ap violence kartey ho tb jake meat nikalta hai
Hi sir... can u please make burrito recipe.... please please please Mexican style... please.....I am watching your videos and learning new recipe..please can make it ..reshma here.
I love Ramen and I’m a vegetarian slowly becoming a vegan so this is perfect. I have had ramen from around the world and I know this will be different. The way all the toppings are also separately seasoned cooked and flavoured is really cool. Some places just blanch veggies and put it on top. I wish I could come and eat that because I know making it is going to take me the whole day lol. Good work. Really impressed
I have watched an Asian dish end to end for the first time! I used to think it would be very complicated but you make it look simple. Hopefully some day I will surely try it.😊 Keep up the great work👍
Please bring more different types of veg Ramen noodles recipes ❤❤❤ Two words I always loved to hear Vegan and Ramen I was looking for veg Ramen recipes that can easily be made at home with limited recipes Bro one question is Tofu same as Paneer with just different name or it's texture and taste are totally different? Can I use paneer instead of tofu because I don't think I would be able to get it in market🤔🤔 I would be more surprised if it would be even available 😅
