I love Maggie’s voice, very soothing and calming to listen to. People have bashed her looks for a long time. I’ve seen ugly. She isn’t that.

OMG. "I" think Maggie Gyllenhaal is a beautiful woman, not in the "classic" sense, but as the complete picture she's in a world of her own. Her eyes are SO full of expression and I could live in her voice.

@@QueerAndUnplugged It was my first opportunity to see her in that movie and in my opinion she is very atractive. It's her height, slim figure, good proportions, the way she speaks, ellegance, self confidence, the way she captures attention. I didn't pay so much attention to other charachters in the series.

Maggie Gyllenhaal is a beautiful woman. She appears to be a perfect candidate to play any role for a character from the 1910s on until the 70s. She simply has that classic look. I don't know anything about her, but will look her up on Wikipedia to see what else she has been in.......

You know, I'm behind the curve here. I've only ever seen her in "Crazy Heart." But, as soon as I finish studying for my professional exam, I am going to absolutely BINGE on her! "Secretary," "Mona Lisa Smile" the Israeli Diplomat one, and, of course I will stream "The Deuce."

She's one of my favorite actresses. I've been a fan for a long time. I just finished the series The Deuce and although I enjoyed many of the performances, Maggie Gyllenhaal is the guiding light throughout. I hope she's proud of the work. Courageous and groundbreaking all the way around.

I started watched the Deuce thinking "Hey this will be a fun period piece to waste a little time to", but holy SHIT I fell in love with it. I already thought Maggie Gyllenhaal was awesome, but this show exponentially amplified my respect for her.

OK. I don't like that they show them, because I'm a prude (whenever I fall in love with an actress.) But, I like that she's a natural woman. Candy is a street-level provider, not a high-end escort, so she wouldn't be able to afford plastic surgery. I got nothing against an older lady-or the Girl next door. (OK-Candy isn't exactly That.)

The HBO show is based on the book Take Her To The Dark Side, The Things a Woman's Body Was Made For. I am surprised they do not put it in the credits. The book was written in 1970 and republished several times, all the characters are the same.The novel is more graphic as it is xxx rated and HBO can only go so far with that. Pretty cool show though, I will continue to watch it.

LMFAO "Bitches be crazy" I love to see that Chelsea is definitely getting warmer as an interviewer!!! I hate how she sometimes sort of screams as she talks and i HATE it i feel like it rattles up the guests. She is funny naturally and i don't think she needs to try as hard like when she interviewed Harry Styles and Emma Stone/Billie Jean King. This is one of my favorite interviews of her so far. Love it Chelsea! Ive been a fan since her very first show on E.

Sex worker is an all encompassing term for the many, many types of sex work women (and men) perform, of which prostitution is a just one possibility. All sex workers faced diminished rights and protections and lack of access to services, particularly financial, that other businesses take for granted.

Don’t know why the directors of “Deuce” think the audience wants to see men kissing all the time...It’s getting real old- it’s like watching someone eat a mayonnaise,vinegar,peanutbutter and pickle sandwich ! -it’s like they’re going way outta their way to push an agenda.. trust me the series is not that compelling. it rates a “B” at best - then you add that slime that feels real forced..smh.. where’s the “Sopranos” or “The Wire” when you need ‘em !
