Thank you for facts - always the best place to start! Plants for food do us good in body & mindset both. To grow food ourselves works as it has for millennia. Only very lately in human history have the few gained profit from the many by taking away whole foods, adding chemicals & catering to cravings. Every seed we plant, every video encouraging this is helping restore our health in the natural world. Meyer Lemon trees took over my kitchen for winter, giving flowers and fruit. Being in the kitchen hardly seems like work now, lol.

I grew some elaichi lemon from seeds.

Since boiling process release only 0.2 percent of calcium from eggshells, is making an eggshell tea any more efficient? (eggshell tea recipe: boiling crashed eggshells in water, and then leaving them in that water for one or few days)

My grandparents placed eggshells into empty gallon of milk containers and filled the container with water, the smell was horrible but their flowers and vegetables were always in full bloom. They also used it in their compost. This was back in the 80's, God bless their souls; but as a woman +45 yrs old I use this method to water my plants. 🥲💕
