Nice Was expecting to see something on xen tho. You know, the actual platforming section of the game.

The demo didn't have any xen stuff because of the Stream date coming up soon. It will be a thing eventually.

The gargantua's death animations were not used because of combat design. You're SUPPOSED to keep your distance. It also introduces an issue that Valve never fixed, even in Source Engine; clipping inside of the geometry gets you stuck.
