I hear a bone deep tiredness in your voice, wade through the grinding banality of it all. You are here and only by being alive can you do both the ordinary things and the special, blessings for our gift of life and all the possibilities we can do with it. If its feeling hard take your own advice, your younger self filled you head with what you wanted, remember what she said. Loved the hair too, a proper Homer Simpson thinking of beer moment :D

July is a heavy month everywhere. The heat is blistering in florida and I stay in as much as possible to keep cool in the air conditioning. However I find a little more sleep leads to dream visitations and meditations feel longer and more meaningful.

This came at the right time for me! I’m about to have dental surgery (have been waiting for a year and 2 months lol) and my tooth pain has flared up again due to an abscess, and I’m on antibiotics…it’s been a lot 😅 It’s so nice to have some new ideas for magical self-care to do, whilst I heal-thank you!

I absolutely loved this video, I'm also going through some stuff at the moment and it really resonated with me. I have a saying that I'm really focussing on at the minute, "Keep moving forward." It's simple but it works for me. We all have times where we want to just rot on the sofa and sometimes that's what really do need - just time forget the real world exists but we can't stay there - we have to keep moving forward. Keep going and eventually, we'll get where we need to be. I'm also trying to stop a toxic relative living in my head rent-free so I'm trying to just focus on my goals and ignore their nonsense. All we can do is focus on ourselves and keep moving forward! Sending a virtual hug back🤗

Such a dreamy place. You look like 'Alice in Wonderland' in the land of the giants amongst those big plants. This video suits the sudden turn of summer weather in the UK to dark and cozy. I will have to try the Lavender essential oil when washing my dishes. It gives me an excuse for washing up. I don't watch or read the news nor do I keep up with popular culture. Life is hard enough. Video's like yours are an exception on RU-vid because they help me stay somewhat connected with reality.
