first magic trick involves a trick deck second one is easy to explain there's two picks at 2:27 you can see him putting it in the card and at 2:44 he puts the other pick into his pocket
only thing i could see is a switch of cards at 2:29, idk anything else, theres no way the pick could have already been in that card cause how would he have known what type of pick it is :/
When he asks him to pick up match he is distracted he them moves the top card knowing that is his card and moves is down to the last carf that wont burn?

mat sry mate but a camera caught you throughing that guitar pic into the cards that you had already cutten . thats why u had the seconds pile of cards flipped so noone could see the cut in the sape of the pick and last but not least you made him pick that specifik card everyone can do that .
