Hello, my MagicInfo V8 is successfully installed, but I can't see my screens through Remote Control because the webpage prompts the following: "The information you have entered on this page will be sent over an insecure connection and could be read by a third party. Are you sure you want to send this information?" Then I click "Continue" in that prompt and what's supposed to be the Remote Control window opens as a blank page, but a few seconds later it says: "The connection has timed out The server at (ip address here) is taking too long to respond." What's causing this?
Hi Phen, can you please double check if in your config.properties file the IP address of your server is set correctly at every stage where an IP is shown? It has to match the IP address of your installation.
