There are times when it could be useful!

Honestly, while it's a neat trick, it doesn't really have much benefit. All that it really accomplishes is altering the timing of the magma beams - you don't even really get much of a grace period out of it.

I did, yes. Read through all of it. It certainly impacted my perceptions of some people. But I don't plan on addressing this at all in the playthrough. It's good to understand what happened and why, and I do think it was important to read and understand what impacted the game's development. But the appropriate place to talk it over is the Discord. My playthrough is about the game itself, not about the behind-the-scenes, and I don't think there's anything to be gained from stumping my opinions when people who were much more involved have more relevant and important things to say about the matter. So, don't expect me to bring this up at all in the videos. As far as I'm concerned, it's much better to talk about this directly with the people who were involved, and I'm not one of them.
