I’d love to see an updated version where you try magnetic liners from the big brands (LashLiner, MoxieLash) and drugstore brands (Kiss, Eyelure) - because it’s very hit or miss!

The liner is so hard to take off. What i do is put a normal liquid liner base and just draw a magenetic line w/ their liner. It's easier to take off and i can draw a line better w/ a normal liquid liner.

My sister recently got a pair though I am unsure the brand. She loves them because she going through chemo and dont like glue and has no lashes

I read a few reviews that said to use your own liner and make the liner look you want and then use the magnetic liner so that if it moves you still have a good line.

Okay so I also ordered these, they just haven't arrived yet. Out of all the tutorials I watched and all the trial and errors, I think I understand how these things work. It takes 2 layers of the liner however you must apply the lash directly to the wet second layer of liner so it acts as an adhesive in addition to the magnets. Also if that sticky, glossy black finish isn't working for you, just use a small angled brush as apply black shadow directly to the tacky liner AFTER lashes are applied. This is what I will try when I get them. I am no youtube influencer but maybe I will be able to upload a video of me trying all of these methods. Hope this helped!

I got a set basically like this on Amazon, the mascara tube just had a different shape, and yeah they actually work just as well for me too. This is the only way I've ever been able to wear false lashes! I even wore them for a good eight hours to try them out and they stuck for the most part, corners lifted a little by the end of the day. Only thing is the lashes were way too long for me so I got some magnetic lashes from the drugstore, the kind that come in double sets and are supposed to magnetize to each other, and use those instead because I like the style more 🙂

I wear these daily! I cut them and only apply them to my outer lash line for a more everyday look. I also have found that applying them in smaller sections keeps the liner from being wonky-if that makes sense ;)

I actually purchased something very similar from Amazon, and I did so because I'm very allergic to adhesives of any kind. I really enjoy these. I've only really applied them to kinda wear around the house for a test, but so far, I think they're pretty good. Thanks!

I purchased 3 different sets from Amazon. Less than $20 CDN and 5 styles per set. I find that you really have to shake up the liner and put on 2 decent coats. If I put the liner right on my lash line, they blend in better. Removal of the liner with a Q-tip is super easy. I have been binge watching yours and your brothers videos for two weeks. I’ve started a subscription for Boxycharm and use your tips for all the fun makeup and awesome skin care products I receive. You guys rock!

I got this same exact set for Christmas this year from my mom. And the liner makes my eyelids tingle as well. Also I can't stand the style of either of the lashes they are just to extreme for me. But yeah I find the liner to be really messy I always muff it up cause I don't ever wait long enough for it to dry.. I enjoyed this video though I wasn't expecting you to have the same exact kit as I have :)

I used these same lashes for a while until I learned how to place lashes. These make learning that a LOT easier. I don't use them as often anymore since I learned how to place glue and lashes properly but they're not bad. 🖤

I love this video. I personally love the Kiss and Eyelure brand magnetic lashes. I wish they would make the natural taper ones magnetic also but I still like them. The Kiss eyeliner wand is longer and the top is very nice for getting a good wing. I use that liner with all my lashes. I also like magnetic lashes since they can be used so many times and I'm not having to throw them out so soon.

I would really really love to hear ypur opinions on the Ardell magnetic liner and lashes. I know its probably just as easy for you to pop on regular lashes with glue. I just cant seem to get the hang of those. I dont know what im doing wrong 😭 ive tried different brands of glue and watched hundreds of tutorials lol. Sooo i thought that maybe magnetic would be the way to go for me

You make it look so easy. I can see why someone would want these... someone other than me because I have yet to master liquid liner and have never tried fake lashes.

Hey Robert. Ive ordered a pair from wish and the liner did not work but I loved the lashes. I found a great liner sold at Wal-Mart and Sally beauty stores as a gel. I love this one to death and wear them daily for work. I have all of her lash styles. I dont remember what they are called but its in a pink and black box. The formula is great. Last all day and comes off with waterproof makeup remover

I could not do lashes at all, then I tried these . These helped my technique and after a week of using these every day I can now use nor al lashes. I found these fool proof and good for beginners as there was no glue or mess and instantly gripped... I got a set of 3 for 9 pound on Amazon and they are lovely xx

I am a newby when it comes to lashes. I tried the regular kind with the glue and still havent mastered those. Next i tried the magnetic ones and that was also a failure. Ive recently bought the magnetic liner and lash one. I got mine from Walgreens for around 16 dollars. Havent tried them yet, at a later date i will!!!! ❤

I love magnetic lashes. The glue ons always tested my patience, what little of it there is. One thing I have found is the lashes with 10 magnets are loads better than the ones with just 5. Also take the 30 seconds to "wiggle" or bend the lashes the first time. The liners seem to all be basically the same - yes they take awhile to dry, are rubbery when you remove them and you may only get one shot to get them on right. I know you don't review mlms but I really like Tori Belle lashes. Their liner isn't the best, Moxie is my current favorite but I keep coming back to the Toro Bell lashes.

I got some similar from amazon. Did you find that when removing the liner it was thick and almost gummy? It was the weirdest thing for me lol. But they did stay on really well.

I bought a set from amazon.. 5 different lashes in the set.. haven’t tried the liq liner included in the set yet coz i still have the gel liquid from ardell so i used that at the moment.. the only con is the removal! Dmn, total of 5 cotton pads each eye to remove the liner gel....

I did pretty much the same thing you did by ordering for a much higher price, not realizing I would be getting an unbranded product lol. MoxieLash is expensive, but very high quality.

I have the same “brand” I think I paid $10 total including shipping (ordered from wish). I’ve never worn false lashes so I figure this would be the way to go just too try a set out. I do like them, I went with the more natural look to just help fill in my thinning lashes to see how I liked them and decided that if I do reorder I will be going with a more full set. The only thing I found odd was that it felt like the eyeliner was giving me a bit of a headache and I’m going to say it was probably from the magnetic particles in the liner.

That is the number one problem I had with these lashes. The liner lifts very easily. 🥰🥰🥰 That said, it helped me learn placement of lashes and now I just use glue lashes.

If the lashes kinda pull some liner off that stick to the magnets, will the effect of the magnets wear off after a few uses?

I’m curious how it would look/ perform if you put regular liner down first and then a layer of the magnetic liner. I do lash extensions and i have a lot of people message me who can’t get their extensions done and I’ve been recommending they try these bc I have seen good reviews. Of course there’s people who say they’re trash but i also feel like those people may not have used the product correctly or haven’t found a way to make it work for them.

I think you should try a different brand. GLAMNETIC or Moxielash. They are more expensive but it shows. More styles to choose from too

My favorite magnet lashes are Glamnetic. They have two different types of liners. Liquid and a Pen.

I actually love mine. I am allergic to all lash glue. My eyes swell shut like I got beaten by my husband. Hospital even asked. Lol even professional salons same effect. With these I have no issues. Just trim tad by inner eye but I don’t even use eye shadow. Thanks for trying real products.

I just tried Eylure ProMagnetic lash system. Picked up at Ulta Beauty here in the US. $14.99 I think. I did the same: tried with one coat, then found that two were necessary. I’ve worn lashes with glue only once-hated it. Heavy and felt unsanitary. But I’d wear these occasionally.

I did lash extensions, loved the look and ease but too expensive and the quality changes depending on the tech you get, in my experience. The last time I had them done, there was one spot that just drove me batty, ended up buying the remover and just taking them off. My natural lashes ended up a little beat up after the extensions--will not do them again. Ended up trying out the magnetic lashes and love them. I have tried the glue application, but have never been successful at it. The magnetic ones I have stay on quite well, all day, no issues.

I have actually gotten some magnetic lashes off of Amazon for like $15the only problem that I'm having because I am new to makeup is I can see my real lashes like I have two sets of lashes maybe I'm not putting them down far enough. But other then that they are perfect for me since I am new at this whole makeup thing ☺️

Got the same set for super cheap.. yes, waited 400 years for them... Love the idea but felt like there were too many little glitches and wasn't feeling it. Maybe in a few years they'll really get it..

you truly need to try glamnatic magnetic lashes they aren't cheap looking or should you have problems at all applying them especially because you normally use glue. if I wear lashes glamnatic magnetic lashes is all I use!!! hope you try and like them.

I've tried magnetic lashes before and I love how easy it is to take on and off but I will say after wearing the magnetic liner all day, it starts to burn on my lids lol

I bought a huge set a while ago from Amazon and they were... fine. The magnetic properties were great but you needed a TON of liner to make it work and thats not my style. And the style of lashes were a little much. So then in one of my subscription boxes I got a pair of reallllyyy luxury expensive ones with the liner... and lemme tell ya. I love them. I'm gonna buy some more decently priced ones but no more Amazon specials. But the idea is fucking great.

I have this same set personally I'm a very hot and oily person and after a while of wearing I find the liner transfers to the rest of my eyelids ruining my eyeshadow, almost like the liner never actually dries fully and just gradually spreads like I said im extremely oily and hot in general so maybe this would work better for others but just saying at the end of the day I looked a hot mess lol I also tried different approaches to give it a chance but still looked like a greasy hot mess that's walked into a revolving door a few times.

I just worry about what's in the liner to make it magnetic and then putting it on your eye, would some kind of chemical absorb into the body. I've got the first magnetic lashes that came out and I just can't master them, and I'm not one to give up!

I've become terrified of using lashes. The last time I tried I ended up bleeding, however I learned liquid eyeliner stops bleeding so I guess it wasnt a total waste? Lol. A few years ago I bought some magnetic lashes from Amazon. I ended up returning them because the eyeliner would get pulled off by the lashes and they just wouldn’t stay on. I wrote an honest review about them and the seller messaged me and offered a $50 Amazon gift card to remove my review. I never tried magnetic lashes after that haha but kinda wanna try again.

Robert I have magnetic lashes and that pink stuff is trash. The lashes are good (I like them more than the expensive onee) but the liner is less than desirable. You get what you pay for. Ive noticed that with the pink liner you have to keep reapplying it. Maybe try the eyeliner from LinerLash. Big difference!!!

I used these in a different brand and the first time was fine. I used them again and I couldn’t get them to work. They made me hate false eyelashes

I found out the hard way that I'm super allergic to regular lash glue! I LOVE my magnetic liner now!

One thing ive noticed..the ads where the put on n remove over n over..it pulls the liner off in areas.

I ordered these exact lashes from FlashLashCo. And they literally like nearly 3 months to get to me. They stopped updating tracking when it said it got to China air transport. So naturally, after a month, I irritated the crap out of the company. Emailed them, instagrammed them, facebooked them... at 2 months I opened a dispute through PayPal. And low and behold, a replacement delivered within a week lol. And then my original package showed up a few weeks later, battered and.... WET...???? Smelled like chemical or glue or something. Very odd. But I ordered them hoping for an easy alternative to regular lashes because I’ve never been good at lashes.... but so far there’s still a learning curve to them for me.

I have this exact kit and the liner is absolutely horrible. Does not stay on, and they’re itchy af.
